I was naive and placed an order from this site without checking them out first unfortunately. It's almost a month now and I haven't received my order, the company claim although they sent it more than twenty days ago it hasn't left their country yet and they blame Brexit for this although I send and receive plenty of stuff from Europe and a week, or two maximum is all it takes. They can provide no tracking information or proof that it was ever sent. I am trying to get a refund now but don't have much hope as it seems like it's all a scam. I think my best bet is to contact my bank to see if they are able to get my money back. Do not risk buying from this site you will regret it!!

I am reporting makeup UK for fraud! Law breaking company. Avoid like the plague! Loads of negative reviews on other sites which I wish I’d seen before buying from this terrible Poland based company. You’ll never receive your paid for goods from this company. Just a load of rubbish saying they are contacting the courier DPD and they will let you know what DPD say.

Same as below - ordered 23/04 - continually told that my tracking will be visible once it crosses a border...the DPD reference states they haven’t even received the parcel. Incidentally I was continually asked if I wished to cancel my order whilst simultaneously being told it was in transit for around 3 weeks?! Avoid avoid avoid!

I place my order on 4/5/21 and four days after delivery date I found an information that my order was delivere on 4/3/21.
I am wonder how they do that. After an email, that they didn't respond, I've noticed that now delivered date change to 4/5/21. I hope my bank will help me to get the money back.

What an absolute bs company. I ordered on the 28th April and was supposed to have my order between 3-5th May and till date nothing. Poor customer service and the tracking number ain’t even working. I don’t know when I will receive my order and very disappointed bcos it was a birthday gift and now the birthday has already passed for my nephew. I won’t advise anyone to buy from them absolutely shamble

An absolute scam! Have been waiting for my order for over 3 weeks now and as many other reviewers before - had no idea that they are not shipping from Uk!!! My shampoo is coming from Germany and hasn't crossed the border yet. Avoid, avoid, avoid!!!

Same issue as many below!!! I wouldn’t have bought from them if I knew it was coming from Poland “makeup uk” is very misleading! When I ordered (around 4 weeks ago now) it was saying delivery in 5 days. They appear to have stopped responding to my emails? I would like a refund now, it’s just not good enough!

Ordered a few weeks ago and nothing… no reply from customer service at all. DPD- still awaiting the parcel. AVOID!!!

Ordered several weeks ago, order was set as shipped and then delivered a few days later. The DPD tracking link provided said they had not been advised to collect.
I contacted Makeup.uk and they said it was a problem with DPD’s system and not theirs and to ignore it and the goods had been collected.
I checked a few days later and still no movement, I contacted them again and they said it would only be active once it was in the UK.
This was 10 days after they said it was collected. I contacted them again and they blamed DPD and said it was in a shipment due to arrive within a week. It’s still not here and I doubt it ever will be. ****update, refund was offered and accepted, money was returned. The package arrived at my local depot 2 months after I ordered it and is still in the process of being returned to the company. I have upgraded from one to 3 stars because they made right the issue and communication was good***

ordered on 25th April - expected delivery : 30th apr - 5th may

till todate there is no progress on the delivery, they should have inform us if the item does not deliver from the UK. i definitely not going to buy it from them.

not sure when the item will arrived, not impressed and surely will not buy again.

I am yet to receive my order. Apparently a delay by DPD but although the company are called Makeup.uk the items actually come from Poland. Call them and they are nice enough but I've been told several times now that my items are en route but delivery time now passed. Not impressed so far. I have ordered the same products from another European country and they arrived within a few days. Updated links on emails don't give any further information about my shipment. I suspect I will not be receiving my items anytime soon as the tracking number isn't even working.

Poor customer service. Order cancelled without notice, blaming 'slow delivery'. No notification one month after ordering until I chased them, no apology and refund now taking 3-7 working days and blaming banks for the delay. Avoid this company at all costs.

Received the parcel in time, products were perfect. The packaging was so adorable and above all it came with a chocolate inside. Thank you! Will definitely order again.
