Scammers from Poland who didn't deliver items and stole my money! AVOID! DO NOT TRUST THESE LIARS! The order placed in December never arrived as they negligently packed it and courier refused to deliver it and sent it back to the Sender. These fools are still messing me about with lame emails saying "order was redirected to me". Bunch of scammers and liars who don't have a clue what they are doing. Arrogant thieves who steal your money and make your life toxic.

The email communication contained links to a tracking system which did not work and the telephone number on their website did not work either. I am experiencing a delay with my order but understand this fault lies with the courier. My frustration and concern as a first time user of this company made me question if it was legitimate. I can confirm however that I have received replies from them when emailing them re non delivery of product.

Very happy with my order .. I placed an order on 29th of Dec and got it yesterday 6 of Jan. the Arabic perfume is super nice. They gave me a discount for next order 5€ I have placed my second order with them yesterday and today it is already shipped
Great service great prices

I placed an order on 23rd Dec, for which I received a confirmation email. On 24th I received 3 more emails, one to say my purchase was packed, one to say it had been sent and finally an email from DPD for tracking. This is international DPD and not local. I received my purchase today, 7th Jan, within the expected delivery time, considering it was being sent from Poland to Ireland during a holiday period. I'm pleased with my experience with Makeup.ie and would order from them again.

I placed order 7 of Dec for Xmas present, after week no delivery,I called Makeup and has been advised there the parcel will be delivered in 4 working days, ad I have to call DPD, I was dealing with DPD since 19 of Dec made a lot of calls, Today I got mail I going to get refund. When I asked if the offer something more as I am not happy customer, has to buy for last minute another present, they offer discounts for next purchase. There will be not next purchase.

Place an order and haven't received it! I send an email and no answer! I could get sometimes it can be delayed but just answer the email and give people an answer back regarding the order what is happening! No answer is worst!

After reading the reviews I was worried about whether to order or not but I ordered the ‘ Set - Olaplex Strong Days Ahead Hair Kit (h/elixir/50ml + h/shm/250ml + h/cond/250ml)’ & it arrived 5 days later in good condition, I have no complaints at all.

I ordered a set for my son for Christmas on Monday night and received it today. I was a bit apprehensive after seeing all the bad reviews here but what can I say top notch service only 5 days waiting for it I'm in Ireland so I will definitely use again great value for money compared to some shops.👍👍

Ordered perfume for my daughter 3 days ago. I received no confirmation email, despite emailing their customer services twice for confirmation of payment which were ignored. Rang my bank today and was told to begin a payment dispute against makeup.ie and cancel my credit card, which i have done. Avoid this company

I put in an order 11days ago and I send them a follow up 3 days ago asking why my order was not sent,and this was a presents for my family. I have not heard anything back from them I am extremely disappointed especially after having a couple of good experiences

I purchased perfume from make up.ie. it arrived in perfect condition and was delivered within few working days by dpd. I am happy with the experience and I will definitely buy from them again.

Ordered 3 times. Delivery might not be the quickest and it seems like the have some difficulties finding correct address(customer service called and problem solved immidiately). Other than that no issues and will order again 👍 Good Job!

Shocking, I ordered some skin care products, they sent me a tracking number for dpd when I went to track it stated it didn't exist 😕 I'm now chasing them for information regarding my order and 0 reply, do not order they are a total scam from Poland

Ordered some hair products last week, arrived today, all bottles were taped to prevent any leakage. This was my 2nd order and no issues with either order. Delivered in 5 working days to Ireland.

Extremely disappointed before Christmas.
I'm a loyal customer of makeup.ie and I've never had a problem before with this company so I didn't have to request refund or exchange but this time I ordered 2 Cuba perfumes for my son for Christmas ( as we ordered them before and he likes them). Unfortunately they came completely shattered. There was a leak inside the box and string smell of perfumes. After opening aluminium tubes I've found out that both perfumes are broken to pieces and more liquid came out along with pieces of glass.
I contacted customer service and they offered me only 12 euro while I paid almost 14 euro for them.
I disagreed because I would like them to send them again because my son is expecting them under Christmas tree. No response from customer service representative when I will get some answers and then suddenly email with millions of requests:
Take a photos from every angle, photos of barcodes, photos of the box with label, photos clearly showing damages, keep the box and contents until the issue is resolved. Ridiculous joke! Am I supposed to keep leaking perfumes for the next... Who knows how many days?
I've never experienced such requests from any other company and I buy online a lot.
I would like to add that there was no ' fragile sticker ' on the box, neither the items were secured properly and now I have to waste my time to take million photos and store the box until they reply to me?
Honestly, I was recommending makeup.ie to my Irish friends but after this experience I will consider giving them completely different review.

Unresponsive Customer Service team while I have had my parcel lost! Shocking!

Don’t use this company.
I’m proceeding with legal assistance.
I opened my outer packaging to find I had received the wrong order. They are now refusing to exchange the item as I open the box it was delivered in. They address me as Anna, when my name is nothing like Anna. They repeatedly send the same email about the packaging being unopened. As a consumer, you are within your legal rights to open the packaging of the delivery box to check on the contents. However, I have not opened the actual product packaging.
I would not use this website again or ever recommend it.
Go to a legit, helpful company. Dont waste your money here. It’s not worth the risk

People should be aware that Makeup.ie ship from Poland NOT Ireland. I placed an order with them on 19/11/24. I expected to get confirmation that my order was dispatched and a tracking number in 48 hours. When this didn't happen, I checked their delivery terms again. Shoppers should be aware that delivery is 4 working days FROM THE TIME DPD get the order from Makeup.ie. THEY DON'T INDICATE HOW LONG IT TAKES FOR THEM TO DISPATCH THE ORDER TO DPD!! Makeup.ie please make this clear IN BOLD PRINT on your website. Not everyone is happy to wait indefinitely for an order to be sent to DPD even if THEY deliver in 4 days! I now have no idea if the parcel will arrive before Christmas! Not good enough ....

I’ve ordered a parfum last week, but I haven’t got any email with the track number, I sent email to them, but they haven’t got back to me. I want to know how long it’s gonna take, bcs if it’s too long, I will get the refund
