Order never came email but first told wait longer next 2 emails no response 4th email was given runaround but bottom line I never got any information about what has happened to my order or even what is going to happen about it, after it came they quick to put that in their response but nothing about how they don't answer emails requesting information

I placed an order with Makeup.ie but have never received my items( status online is showing delivered by PDP).I contacted Customer Service who said they would need to investigate however after 3 weeks still no response. Terrible service and ignorance. Please AVOID.

Candle came broken -the follow up from the company was a long list of things I should do to lodge a complaint. Followed by a second email with further requests for another form to be filled out. I honestly expected them to just send a replacement- not waste my time!

I ordered 3 Protective Moisturizing Masks on February 22nd. I received no confirmation and received a cart reminder the next day. Consequently, I placed another order on the 23rd after requesting a refund from PayPal, assuming the initial order did not go through. To my surprise, I received both orders on different days. Then, the company began harassing me to either pay for or return the items, claiming I had ordered twice on the 23rd. I spent ages explaining their technical error and even sent screenshots of my PayPal account to confirm my story. Eventually, they arranged for a collection without checking if I was home. However, another problem arose—I have no printer. Living in a remote area, returning the items was a nightmare, especially since the mistake was not mine. All this hassle for under £24! I am utterly furious. It's no wonder everyone prefers to shop at Amazon; customer rights seem to be losing their meaning these days.

Ordered and i waited now for almost a month, I emailed them and replied that they will forward my email to the customer service department, I checked the courier and they never received my parcel, they just scanned and made a tracking number

Update: 15/4/24 its been more than a week, but no update from your CS department.

Update: 01/05/24- refund was given _5 stars for refunding.

Not looking good. Money taken, with no email to confirm my order and a number of people on their Instagram advising they have the same issue and cannot get in contact with anyone. I've frozen my card and contacted my bank. Will keep you updated.

Ordered from this company two makeup offers and never received them. I paid by debit card. They gave a promise to post them, natrually they lied as they never arrived.

The company below is not genuine. I think they are trying say they are not associated with the company I placed my order. They are now saying my order number is not theirs.
If genuine they would have answered all the one star reviews. I am asking my bank to trace this company. I suggest everyone report the matter to Google security.
I would not waste my time dealing with a company that has proved to be a scam.
I have reported this matter to my bank. I have forwarded the information to the company and gave them the authentic number. The merchants Identification and their reference number.
I also called the company's phone number, and informed the goods are distributed from Poland. The fraud division of Bank of Ireland will handle the matter from today. Also I requested the company's regresteration number and address, they did not respond. Dreadful company who must be stopped

My favourite beauty website. I was ordering number of times from the website and I’m very happy with all my shopping experiences. Delivery is always super fast , prices are really good and variety of the products is amazing. Definitely will be using soon for another order.

It'sy second order and another 5 star for me. I got a perfume (cheap one but so good!!) and some cosmetic stuff I can't get in Ireland. The stuff is so much cheaper and anything I've bought is excellent so far. They packaged it well in paper which is great.

I have ordered 2 orders. One of them I have cancelled. But they sent me wrong order. And didn’t answer on my emails.

I saw Semilac nail drill with extractor for €115 on their web site,
While on Semilsc it is 190.
After checking reviews on Trustpilot I decided not to buy.
But my friend told me she orders all the time and no issues.
So I decided to chance it.
It would be huge mistake if I missed this opportunity.
I got my tracking number. It was delivered in 6 days (weekend included and ordered late on Friday).
Packaging was so well done. They could play football with it during delivery, it wouldn't be damaged.
Used it tonight on my client. Couldn't be happier.
Really happy I didn't pass on this opportunity.

I ordered a parfume:Carolina Herrera:Very good girl.This parfume is not original,it is a fake.The parfum received in the parfumery could feel for 2 weeks.What i bought here disappeared after 1 minute.I have never experienced anything like it in my life.I am very disappointed !!!!!!!!I bought a small bottle of water for 80 euros!!!!!I will never buy parfume here again.I just hope that the other cosmetic products are not fake and will not causw an allergic reaction!!!!

This was my first order with Makeup.ie but definitely not my last. Very pleased with the service and no complaints. Items arrived this morning well packaged. The prices were great, delivery was really fast - I couldn't have asked for better !! I will definitely be back again soon.

Ordered couple of scented candles in jars. On arrival the glass was smashed, dents in lids. I was asked to take multiple photos of the damaged goods - from all angles, barcodes, separately and together… And still that wasn’t enough to get refund or replacement. They kept asking for more pictures and kept making the process very difficult. Until I gave up. Waste of time and money. Beware

In response to the reply from Makeup, surely with such efficient systems in place (as stated in the response by Makeup) that I would be easily identifiable in the system by my name on this review and the 12 emails that I sent or is it a case that are Makeup too overloaded with customer complaints, that the dots cannot be joined!
Either or, no resolution to date from Makeup, hence the 1 Star review.
Since there was no resolution from Makeup, I went and brought myself the same perfume (CK everyone) from another source so that I can now use the sprayer on both bottles.
As initially suspected, the perfumes smell completely different. The Makeup version is definitely not CK everyone, it's a mix of CK one and probably water, smells nothing like CK everyone is supposed to smell, the scent doesn't last 5 mins.
Avoid this fake perfume website.

I used to use this website a lot, back home since 2013 and here in Ireland for almost 8 months. But since I moved I just can't change the address on the website. I tried it a lot of times and ask a customer service what shall I do in this situation and they told me that I can simply put my new address in the comments. And it worked like a charm for two orders. But on my third they decided to sent it to my previous address. When I asked why they sent it there they told me that that was the only address I wrote 🤡 which is simply not true, I sent the screenshot proving that I left the comment with my new address and they never answered.

So I want to say a big 'thank you' to your manager Oleksandr, which can't even answer the email. Seems like you have to bombarded them with emails just to get a nonsensical answer.

The order is 1707840130-0527 and I don't know will I receive it or not. I guess I have to contact the DPD service. Your manager haven't said anything what shall I do in this situation sooo helpful much appreciated.

Hell, I'm so frustrated rn. Because when you spent more than 60€ you do hope that you will get a parcel. But not with this guys.

Won't use this site anymore and will never recommended it.

UPD.
They actually contacted me saying that there wasn't another address. I show them the screenshot (twice already) that I wrote the specific address asking why they sent to the old one. They answered only that they "unable change the address" of my parcel and if I won't get it thay can proceed the return. But judging my previous experience with DPD they will deliver the parcel to whatever person will be on that address so I'm not sure that I will get neither my parcel, nor my money.

Honestly, guys, you are just the worst.

Oh, so finally it was your mistake, what a surprise. Glad you finally found someone who can read. I did contact the DPD company and they told me that they can change address only if someone who sent the parcel wish to changes it. You have almost a week to do it. The delivery was yesterday. I haven't received it and they didn't sent the confirmation image. I have no idea where is my parcel. So I just loose my >60 Euro because of your mistake.
