Good as expected and delivered quickly. Good Price

After reading reviews I was really concerned. However the transaction was quick and efficient. I ordered Clinque Powder as it was a good price and it arrived safely and as promised within three days. Very happy with purchase. I had no cause to contact the Makeup so do not know what their customer service follow up is like

Scam company

Scam company. No product delivered. No reply to email. My money has gone. I hope HMRC and the police catch up with you. Absolutely disgusted my money has gone, not refunded, got no product.

Scam company

Scam company. They don’t send you the tracking number and you plain don’t get your purchase and they also sell fakes. For instance they now have Boss Bottled Bold Citrus on their website which is only being launched this summer so they’re just trying to scam you out of your money.

Edit. Got a reply that they only sell authentic brands. Strange then that they have Boss Bottled Bold Citrus on their website 4-5 months before it is officially available. Again, read the one star reviews. This is a scam company.

DO NOT USE- I have only given 1 start…

DO NOT USE- I have only given 1 start as I had to, if I could I would give 0. Order purfume as a Xmas gift only to receive a pill box. I have provided all evidence of the how the item was received upon opening, the claim to have checked at their end but won’t share the still images confirming my item was packed in the box received and therefore won’t refund or replace. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

SCAM. DON'T BUY HERE

I do not understand this company’s service. I was never provided with a tracking number. I only received an automated email after making the purchase, stating that the delivery would be handled by Hermes and that I would receive the shipping information shortly after. However, no one ever contacted me. I have sent multiple emails requesting a refund, but it has not been processed. No one has responded regarding the situation. This is a scam.

This company’s customer service is an…

This company’s customer service is an absolute disgrace. After weeks of chasing them for responses, the communication is unbearably slow.

I ordered two identical products and received only one. All I wanted was a refund for the missing item—how hard can that be? But instead of sorting it out, they kept passing me around, stalling, asking the same pointless questions over and over. It’s right there on the invoice: two items, one delivered. What is so difficult to understand?!

All this hassle over £4 or £5, and in the end, no refund. Just endless nonsense and incompetence.

I will never buy from them again. Ever. And I’ll make sure everyone knows how badly they treat their customers.

How many times do I have to answer the same questions and be passed from one person to another? If you genuinely wanted to resolve this quickly, you would have done so already. You mentioned having CCTV footage from the packing area—where is it?

I informed you earlier that I would share my experience, and you didn’t seem to care. But now that I have, suddenly you do? Hopefully, dragging this out was worth saving £4.

I bought DSD spray and it arrived half empty and without protective film. I bought it many times before so I know how a new one looks and feels like.

Awful

Awful. Received products that were clearly damaged split in the box ripped containers, not able to exchange the products or get a refund. Customer service were unhelpful after a week of receiving a package asking to provide more pictures and videos which I’ve provided first thing I’ve received the package. I wouldn’t recommend

Their address systems aren’t working correctly, so they send out packages to unknown addresses & won’t refund unless you sign a declaration that delivery company is at fault to get their money back

I placed multiple orders with this company, some orders arrived just fine, some were lost by the delivery company (not their fault, it happens), two were sent to an address that didn’t match my delivery details that I have provided at checkout. Makeup.uk has admitted to an error in their system that would round up the house number to the nearest number, resulting in an address that I have not given them. Because of this, one of my orders has been delivered to a different address than the one I have provided. Despite this, they are refusing to issue a refund UNLESS I sign a document that states I have not received the package and that I will be liable for anything that happens if they get Evri or the Police involved. I refused to sign this document as this doesn’t apply to my case as I have provided the correct delivery address and they addressed it to an address that doesn’t exist (they just want me and Evri to take accountability for their mistake). Be careful when ordering from this company because even though you make sure to provide the correct delivery address, they can address the package somewhere completely different due to their faulty systems. Would not recommend & I had to file a bank chargeback. Will also be reporting them to Trading Standards for making me sign a declaration that me & Evri are at fault here. Of course Evri will deliver to where you address the package, this is your lesson to double check the packages & make sure your systems are working properly.

Purchased Gucci Bronzer

I honestly can’t fault them

I honestly can’t fault them!
Arrived quicker than the estimated delivery time. Cheaper than everyone else.
I think, people only leave negative reviews because it’s knee jerk. If you have a good time you don’t think to hop on and leave a review cos it’s just what’s expected.
But id highly recommend and definitely shop with again!
