In my 25 years as a clinician I can honestly say the level of education and training delivered by Michelle is second to none. If you are looking to build your knowledge and expertise in intramuscular IV boosters then you need to enrol on one of the courses.

I did my course phlebotomy & IV course with Michelle in June this year the course was fantastic I got a whole day 1-2-1
With Michelle learning and plenty of models too. I left the course fully equips with everything in needed and the confidence to start up my business.

I’ve been so busy since the course and have on many occasions reached out to Michelle for further help and questions and she’s always been so prompt in getting back to me with whatever I need.

More recently I struggled to source some cannulas due to a lack of stock with my normal supplier, so I reached out to Michelle to see if she could help and she went above and beyond making sure I had what I needed to do the big sport event I had coming up.

I have never been so happy with a course and the support given after! Thankyou Michelle and I can’t wait to come back in 2026 to do more courses with the academy.

I did the IM and the IV training with Michelle as well as phlebotomy I will always carry out my training with Michelle at the studio.
The aftercare support she supplies after without getting paid is phenomenal!! I wasn’t confident doing my first IV without her a few weeks after training and she booked time out to talk me through it step by step and didn’t leave my side on video call. Working mums can’t reply instantly all the time. she doesn’t have to reply out of hours and this can’t be expected of her. She will always get back to you when she can and like all Mums you always put your kids first. Plus you need time to yourself to recharge to gain the energy to train students to the best of their abilities. You have to recharge to gain energy to enable to concentrate. Michelle works round the clock if not with students as a wife and a mum! Demanding instant replies out of hours and leaving negative feedback when this doesn’t suit you isn’t acceptable, it’s unfair and very uncalled for. Michelle’s courses arnt cheap but that’s because you get top quality training, everything supplied for you aftercare and help when needed with top quality products!! Plus list of links with insurance and products which out of hours would have taken her hours to prepare!! So you should also take this onboard as well as all the education and course Michelle has had to pay for to deliver her exceptional knowledge to us! To enable us progress in our businesses!!

Did my prf training in March 2025 which went well. As with all training academies you are told you get after support after any training. I have messaged michelle 3 times asking for some help and advice in products but been totally ignored. I feel the response is very slow once the training has been done but before the training when i was booking i was getting replies back the same day but dont understand why is it so hard to reply back after. I enquired about a different training before my last 3 messages and the replies were fairly quick. I understand everyone is busy but when your posting away on instagram and still not replied to my last 3 messages from last week its very disheartening to see. Dont really like leaving negative feedback but i feel like i had to as i will now go to other training academies for further support which is not fair when you have paid £800 for a course. Really dissapointed with the communication side to be honest.

Coming from a biomedical background, I was really impressed with how well-structured and practical this IV training and phlebotomy class was. Michelle is not only knowledgeable and supportive, but she’s also on top of all current regulations, which gave me confidence that I was learning the safest and most up-to-date techniques.
Her teaching style is clear, engaging, and very hands-on, which made it easy to build skill and confidence quickly.
