Fake tracking numbers and zero respect for customers

I placed order 1770377178-0675 on Feb 6th. It is now Feb 11th, and the company is playing games. They provided a fake tracking number (LX031633847NL) that is NOT registered in the Posten system. The carrier hasn't even received the package!
Customer service (Julia) sends scripted lies while my money is gone and my order is stuck in their warehouse. This is a total scam and a violation of consumer rights. I am a loyal customer, but this experience has caused me significant distress. Fix this IMMEDIATELY or I will take this further. Avoid this store if you value your nerves and time!

I ordered from them and NOTHING came

I ordered from them and NOTHING came. I reached out multiple times, no answer. I followed their “tracking” and it said it didn’t leave on one page and another
It was in another state for weeks. This is a SCAM! Do not waste your money or time. Really wish I didn’t just flush money down the toilet. I’ll be fighting the charge!

I guess I should’ve read all the bad reviews

I guess I should’ve read all the bad reviews. I placed an order 1/20/ 2026.
Could not see order in my in history so I sent them a mail to customer service. They replied the day after saying everything was fine and that it was on its way. They said 4 to 6 business days. Today I got a message from USPS saying they were delivering it, but then I received another message saying it was an insufficient address and therefore it was returned to sender. So I never got it.
Definitely not 4-6 days delivery and I doublechecked the address I placed on order and it was correct.
I’m not spending any more time on this bogus thing so I disputed the charge and I was already refunded from my credit card.
Be aware.

A+++ Experience. 2nd Order To USA, No Issues.

This is my second order from this company to US, last order was 2 years ago. I placed my order through their website January 21, 2026 and the package was delivered at my door February 2, 2026. I paid for the products and sales tax on their website, no additional tariffs were due on receipt. The products are fresh with expiration date in late 2028. No issues whatsoever, great shopping experience, will definitely buy again. I don't understand all the negative reviews.

Bad experience

I ordered from them several times, Davidoff Cool Water, and had no complaints; the delivery was fast, and the product was of good quality. But the last time I waited more than a month for delivery and received only three items instead of the eight I ordered. Customer service refused to resolve the problem. I will not order from them again, and I don't recommend them to you either.

We carefully reviewed the packing video for your order, and it clearly shows that all 8 items were placed inside the package before shipment. As part of our standard procedure in cases like this, we kindly asked for photos of the parcel upon delivery so we could assess its condition and determine whether any issue may have occurred during transit. Unfortunately, we were informed that the box had already been discarded and no photos were available.
Without photos of the packaging, it is very difficult for us to investigate the matter further with the shipping carrier. We always strive to resolve any issues fairly and transparently, and we remain open to reviewing any additional information you may be able to provide.

Awesome Company

Ordered Nivea soap no longer available on Amazon and a lipstick. It took about 3 weeks to arrive but no issues, coming from overseas is understanable. I am so happy I can buy these soap again. Thank You

This is 100% scam. I ordered 2 items worth of $40.00 on December 7, 2025 and never received it. More than a month passed since I placed an order despite they stated on invoice it would delivered 12/16/2025. I called numerous times to the number provided on their website, 516-758-2697, and there is always busy signal. They replied to my emails and stated that my order got stuck at the customs and as soon as it clears I will receive it. This was the answer to all my emails to them. They even will provide USPS tracking number which reflects absolutely nothing. I had to file dispute with my credit card company. Scam. Scam. Scam.

Price was on point

Price was on point, and customer service with Viktoriia was perfect. Very clear and prompt communication.
Only one recommendation for the courier company, can use a better/faster service maybe for faster delivery.

DONT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE . Save your money . This company should be reported immediately for misleading customers and potential fraud.
I ordered a cologne called “Shooting Stars by Grandeur” . At checkout, it clearly said the product would be delivered by December 31. Now when I check the USPS tracking, it shows that the product hasn’t even been handed over to USPS yet. Not shipped. Not in transit. NOTHING.
On top of that, when I go back to their website, it literally says “no products on all orders.” False delivery promises, fake or inactive tracking, and a broken website . Absolutely unacceptable and shady behavior.
I strongly recommend that nobody buys from this site.

I ordered a Medik8 cream on November…

I ordered a Medik8 cream on November 27. Today is January 1, 2026, and I still have not received my order. No one has responded to my emails. As I understand it, getting a refund is impossible.
This is an awful level of customer service. I will not recommend this website to anyone. I will leave negative reviews wherever possible, because the service is unacceptable. They take people’s money but do not ship the product.
They provided a tracking link, but when I enter the tracking number, it shows that my package cannot be found. I strongly believe this is a scam, where money is taken from customers without any intention of delivering the product.

I did not receive my order

I did not receive my order. I ordered some bar soaps and I have not received them. It says shipped but USPS is still awaiting the item. I placed this order on December 4th and it’s December 25th and I never received the items. $50.02 is what I paid but no item received. What a SCAM!!!!!!!!

Worst Customer Service Ever!!

I purchased hair products from this site on 11/30/25. It supposedly shipped on 12/5/25 but has not moved since. After multiple conversations with the service department, they continue to advise that it is stuck in customs and will be released soon.
This company has not provided any resolution, refund, confirmation they are working on it, no timing as to how long to expect the delay, nothing but canned email responses.
One of the worst companies I have ever dealt with and will make it as public as possible to deter any future sales. If I could give zero stars I would.

Awful. Ridiculous delays, excuses, refusal to issue refunds and general frustration. Slamming your hand in a car door is a more enjoyable experience as compared to working with this Company. Avoid!

I ordered products from the Make-Up…

I ordered products from the Make-Up website, but unfortunately the parcel has been stuck at the Evri warehouse for several days with the status “being sorted”. The delivery date passed over a week ago.I contacted customer service multiple times, but I only receive the same response that they are “investigating the issue with Evri” and that I need to wait. Despite clearly stating that I no longer wish to wait and requesting a refund, my last email was ignored.I understand that delivery issues can happen, but the lack of clear communication and refusal to process a refund for an undelivered order is very disappointing. As a customer, I expected better support and a quicker resolution.

never delivers their products and uses a very poor delivery service. They marked my order as delivered when it never arrived, and it was extremely difficult to get a refund. Customer service was unhelpful throughout the process. Overall, this is not a company I would recommend. My advice: do not buy from them.

Parcel delivered... without my order in it!

I ordered perfume from this website as a Christmas present for my daughter. Order number #‪1764606884-0192; order placed on December 1 at 16.35 pm UK time (in case the person from the company who keeps responding to reviews saying they're not real would like to actually get me my perfume 😉 ) The order "got lost" with Evri for multiple days, until, after persistent follow up from me... the parcel was eventually delivered! 🎉 Unfortunately not a happy ending to this story, though: the package contained only the "free gift" - a candle which had actually been smashed in transit - and no perfume. What a scam. £35 stolen from me. Avoid this company at all costs.

Terrible experience - avoid!

I ordered a shampoo and received a leaking, opened can that ruined the box-and customer service refused refund. After years of ordering, I’m done. Wouldn’t recommend.
