I received my order
After I placed an order, I found the reviews that the website was fake. I was very concerned but i used PayPal so I figured I would get my money back. In 10 days, my items came, well-packed and as expected. I can't speak for everyone else but I got my order.

Excellent customer service. Email straight away to confirm query with address. Had ordered the wrong product. Answered the phone straight away and exchanged the product. Received ab email again straight away with confirmation of product changed. With refund coning back into my account within 7 days.

I made a purchase couple days ago, I didn't got any email confirmation I didn't gotta tracking number, nothing! I already sent several emails, not even an automatic response! I made calls the number doesn't work! I don't know what's going on! they have my card info and obviously they already took my money and they are not gonna respond to me, I don't know what to do at this point I don't know if need cancelling my card. I don't know what's going on. Im very frustrated and stressed because it's so weird that they cannot even send you an email or anything!

This guys will never ship your order and previous response to my complaint is also autogenerated response. The scheme works this way - they pay google for advertising at first page, you make an order which will never be shipped. They provide fake tracking number which you can check on also made by them clone of existing Ukrainian delivery service. You can check the web domain it’s not the similar with the original one. So once you track your parcel on fake delivery site it will say something like it’s just passed customs clearance, which is total fake. So don’t buy anything there. Money will go to fake Poland llc, moreover your card data is compromised and they will probably try to sell this data to another scammer or try to use it by themselfs. My own opinion that a Russian or Ukrainian scammer is running this website. So now you have two options - if you haven’t yet ordered, don’t do this, don’t pay with debit card, if you payed with credit try to dispute the transaction with your bank. To make harm to the scammer you can copy and paste this review, also use several phones of you and your friends, try to make same google search as you did and make a click on his ad but don’t make the order. It will force him to pay google for his ad being shown. Also report his ad as a scam activity to google.

If you want a revenge - you should take all your mobile devices and laptops and make the same google request as you did when you found this scammers web site. Make a click on their add but don't make a purchase . Scammers will have to pay to google for advertisement.

I read all the negative reviews before I placed my order so I knew full well what I might be getting myself into (I'm in the US-East coast). However, there was a nail polish brand I could not find anywhere else and I decided it was worth a shot to spend $20 and maybe not get the package. I expected to wait at least a month and not have viable tracking. I got my package within 8 days and the items were correct! Maybe they've fixed their system

I am very disappointed, 2 perfumes were missing from my package that I was going to give as a gift. They did not accept their mistake and did not replace the missing products / did not return my money! I hardly managed to get in touch with them to resolve the situation, trying to use certain words from the problem description to their advantage! Avoid ordering from this site because it is a terrible scam!
