An informative , interesting course kept light hearted engaging & fun !

Mark from Make Your Mark UK, recently came to my work, Doncaster Housing for Young People, to deliver an interactive workshop funded through the Community Wealth Builder programme.

The session was focused on social media which as a busy team focused on frontline service delivery, we can often struggle to dedicate the time required to build our social media platforms and create content.

The session was engaging, creative, and tailored to the work we do as a small charity supporting young people. The team loved that the session was mostly practical exercises, it was fun, everyone got involved and we all felt inspired with new ideas for content and how to reach our audience.

Thank you Mark for your knowledge and creative ideas, we can't wait to put it all into practice and would recommend this workshop for any organisation looking to build their social media platforms.

Mark provided some excellent training for the trustees of our charity. He adapted his session to ensure that it was relevant to the group of participants and facilitated a great session ensuring that all participants were engaged and had a voice. It was a very useful and enjoyable session for all. Would recommend.

Had the introduction to supervisor management training and it exceeded expectations. It was well presented and very enjoyable. Mark adapted the course to suit the needs of the students. Would highly recommend and would love to take part in one of his courses again.

Mark came and delivered a presentation skills workshop to our participants on our Premier League Inspires Programme. The presentation was really engaging and insightful for the young people and gave them some great tips on how to present effectively. The participants gained a lot from this and went on to deliver great pitches of their social action projects to our judging panel which Mark also kindly agreed to sit on.

We contacted Mark last minute to deliver a team building afternoon for a business we are working with. He sent us all the materials before the session to ensure we were happy with what he was presenting. The session exceeded expectations from both us as a broker and the business we are supporting. Marks expertise shone through as he guided all participants effortlessly through the engaging activities. The activities were well designed and thought provoking ensuring all participants could join in.

Mark is an excellent mentor and coach supporting me as the founder and chair of the charity. I find working with Mark so valuable. He helps us to think about our strategic priorities and uses plain talking language. He is great at encouraging us. A few of our trustees have attended several different training courses he has devised and delivered and we always find them so engaging. Mark has also helped us review our range of organisational polices, develop new ones and help ensure they are consistent. Highly recommended.

Make your Mark delivered sales training today for our Charity and I was more than pleasantly surprised by the amount that was covered in the session. It was tailored to the Charity and each bit was clear, concise and well constructed. it was set out to be slightly interactive too which provided a change of pace for the room and made it interesting and thought provoking.
