We travel to Dubai with MYT holidays and I'm very happy to give this feedback, words are not myway too less to explain the impeccable experience I just had. Despite the inhumanly hour that I had called - everything was just simply fantastic, be it the tone, the pitch, the empathy, the niceties, trust me - everything was just way too good to be put down and broken down into words. The arrangements were very good. The airport pick-up, drop, hotel transfers and city tour were excellently planned and managed very professionally by Mr. Rahul and for this I will give 10 out of 10.

We book a package for kerala for 4 nights it was awesome trip.the team has booked a nice package with honeymoon inclusion on houseboat.

Had booked a trip to Manali but the services provided were very average...They had arranged a very average hotel on my arrival, as I was late had no other option than to adjust with the hotel for first day.
Ni proper travel arrangement I had booked my flight from Lucknow to Chandigarh but as Chandigarh airport was closed the flight got cancelled , they were not even bothered to check flight status also I only checked flight status and asked to make some arrangement from Delhi.
The Adviser was not lifting call when I was in mid of trip and required some help, had to call from unknown number then only call was lifted.
And when I tried to give feedback to the company through what's app they don't bother to reply properly, I have screen shot of the conversation done with the company also.

The inconvenience caused to me was due to some specific person dealing with me. The owner apologised for the inconvenience.
