I had a very disappointing experience…
I had a very disappointing experience at the **Al Nahda Park branch of Malabar Gold & Diamonds**. The product I purchased had **making charges mis-sold** – I was told 14% but was actually charged 21%. The staff member **Thijith** handled the sale, and during the return process, **Lokesh** misinformed me that I could only get a credit note, not a refund.
Even after returning the product, the **branch officer Faisal** kept assuring me follow-ups would be taken, but nothing happened. My refund has been delayed unnecessarily due to internal handling, and I am left **suffering from this experience**.
As a customer, I expected **transparency, honesty, and prompt service**, but this experience has been frustrating and stressful.
I hope Malabar improves staff training and refund processes so other customers don’t face the same issues.

Previously they were serving good but now from last year I am not satisfied with the new manager and some staff they are behaving very badly rudely and no co operative
Staff Shushil's misconduct from Camac street branch, Kolkata malabar gold and diamonds, West Bengal
Branch : Camac Street, Kolkata, West Bengal. During my recent visit to purchase Gala-Bala bangles (around ₹5 lakh range), Mr. Shushil was extremely rude and dismissive, effectively implying that we should either buy the jewellery without properly trying it or leave the store. Even when other customers suggested he apologise, he showed no accountability.
The branch also appeared uninterested in assisting with Bengali traditional jewellery, showing far more focus on South Indian designs. Such behaviour is unacceptable for a showcasing themseves premium jewellery brand in Kolkata.
I even emailed to customer service with my contacts yet no response/update, seems no one in malabar cares regarding the brands own reputation, its been a week. They just send an robotic automated response publicly to pacify, SHAME!! Very poor customer service and highly unprofessional conduct.

Worst service at Malabaar Andheri branch
I went to Malabaar Andheri west branch, the salesman named Prasen showed us rings for 15mins. Then he handed over a 5% battery tab to check online and went away keeping us unattended. We selected our ring. He didn't bother and went away to serve another customer and didn't return for almost 2hr. Finally as we were leaving he asked us to wait as he said he would giving discount. Finally after 3hrs he said he cannot give any discount. We wasted 3+ hours in shop and were treated as if the salesman is doing us a favor.
Please value others time and be clear what you are offering. For giving feedback they gave me a blank note and as I wrote a feedback they just folded and kept it aside. No proper feedback register or process.
Everyone please go to any other store but not Malabaar, if you value your time and self-esteem.

Do not buy gold bars from Malabar. Here's why: the purchase price (market price) quoted is higher than the reality of most every other exchange AND they charge for the "certification" of your purchase. In short, the price of gold has risen $200 an ounce since my purchase and the extra costs have still yet to be fully covered. That's just not fair...but part of this is on me as I didn't do the math. With this review, you don't have to.

I visited Malabar in Leicester recently and unfortunately had a disappointing experience. We were served by Shivani, who did not smile or engage with us and did not ask if we needed anything. The service felt unfriendly and inattentive, which affected our overall experience. I hope this feedback helps improve customer service in the future.

Manzoor, has made it so easy for us to choose an item from the vast variety. So much choice . Not sure if all the jewellery shops are little pricey now a days. All the sales teams was pleasant. Worth visiting.

I visited the Malabar Gold & Diamonds showroom in Karimnagar, Telangana, to see a silver bracelet.
Unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing.
When I politely asked one of the staff members to show me a bracelet, they responded rudely.
Instead of helping, they said they don’t have time right now.
Such behaviour is not acceptable from a reputed brand like Malabar.
Customers visit with respect and trust, expecting good service in return.
I felt disrespected and completely ignored by the staff.
This kind of unprofessional attitude gives a very poor impression of the showroom.
I request the management to look into this matter seriously and take appropriate action.
Every customer deserves to be treated with courtesy and respect, regardless of the situation...?
