Mistakenly I have entered incorrect delivery Address. When I emailed my correct delivery address to them, they made it correct and the process been made smoothly without delay. Surprisingly I have received an extra gift pack inside my parcel as well. Thank you 😊
The onam sadya was absolutely delicious and felt authentic. I was a little worried about the delivery, as i know you don’t typically deliver frozen meals across the entire UK. However you not only delivered it on the promised day (Thiruvonam) early morning, but the packing kepy everything perfect. Its great to know i can count on special occasions.

Item ordered was out of stock. Alternatives offered but refused and refund requested. Refund not made and substitue items sent instead.

They are dishonest people who get influenced by gossip and behave badly with the customer. They didnt inform about not having a name brand pickle which was why specifically ordered food from their website and they didnt have it. They called me had full WhatsApp conversations but they just believed in harassing me rather than giving me original information of not having a product and just exchanged the stuff. It tastes compleletely different taste. Sad really
They were on WhatsApp and the Abbey guy even called me even though there was a chat pop up but for some reason even though there was chat and he called me he was unable to inform me that the pickle I ordered was not in. I specially ordered Nirapara and he sent me all other ones but Nirapara.
