Just bought the Cypress Jacket which…

Just bought the Cypress Jacket which was £200, what a disappointment.!! Paper thin material with a piece of cheap elastic round the hem and cuffs, it feels like it’s been made by shein. Poor poor quality and at that price is nowhere near good enough, wouldn’t pay more than £40 for this top. Over priced and the cheapest material they could find by the looks of it, these items won’t last long

Terrible customer service! If you want a response, don't bother with Malbon.

Terrible customer service! I've reached out to Malbon on three separate occasions about scuff marks on a pair of Adidas x Malbon Samba shoes I bought for my partner... I haven't received a response at all. This is despite leaving it 2 weeks in between each time in order to give the team time to respond and still nothing. Absolutely disgraceful. Save your money and shop elsewhere.

Terrible Durability

Unfortunately, my experience has been the complete opposite.

After only 8 months, the strap disconnected from the bag and broke, which is unacceptable at this price point. On top of that, the design/finish started wearing away far sooner than it should. For something positioned as a premium golf bag, it simply hasn’t held up to normal use.

The worst part was customer service. When I contacted Malbon support, they were completely uninterested and basically told me they can’t do anything about it. No effort to help, no solution, no accountability.

Overall, I would strongly avoid. I’ll never shop with Malbon again and I’ll stick with brands that are actually reliable and good value for money like Walkers Golf and Trendy Golf.

Appalling customer service

Appalling customer service; stock not updated on website and communication non-existent. Premium prices but shoddy services. Child’s Christmas present now not being received in time for Christmas; shame on you Malbon Golf. Avoid at all costs.

Awful

Awful. I bought the new limited edition clubs from them 3 weeks ago. They took the money and no clubs were ever shipped. I have now received an email telling me they have no stock and the order has been cancelled but no refund has yet been given? The customer service is non existent and is by e mail only, which nobody bothers to reply to.

Bad customer service - prompt but not helping ...

You will have to pay for the shipping of the return even it is within the 30-day return window and their return portal is currently down so I send email to them. They did reply very fast but communication was not efficient, the agent kept emphasise the return is at my own cost and I will have to arrange it myself, the cost will be deduced from my refund. I don't understand they do not provide prepaid label why they need to deduct the return shipping cost from my refund ? Also, he did not provide the return address and when i asked for it, he said he did not know .....he had to transfer me to another colleague..... thanks for not really helping ......

If I could give a 0 I would

If I could give a 0 I would. The customer service is horrendous. If you are outside of the US, do not order from this company. They tell you the shipping label is pre-paid to return and then you show up and the shipping company charges you $45. No willingness to work with me on this either.

Customer service is awful, hopefully they fix this.

Horrible Quality with No Customer Service

I received a pair of their pants as a gift. They arrived with a hole in the pocket which was due to poor stitching and the material not lining up when stitched. I submitted a return request, and they made me put in a credit card saying they are going to charge me for the replacements if I don’t ship the return back. 3 days pass and I don’t hear anything about the return label so I reach out to customer service. I gave them the order number, they can’t find it, give them addressses, names emails etc, they can’t find it. Finally the chat bot asks for my CREDIT CARD information to be sent over email. Extremely sketchy practice and shady business. Do not trust this at all and product is very low quality for the price. Will never spend a dollar with this company.

Clothing is awful for the price

Clothing is awful for the price. Paid £150 for an over shirt style jacket looks really nice. Material is unbelievably cheap. Two of the buttons fell off when I tried to adjust the cuffs. Just awful quality really. Really really disappointed not worth the hype at all. Bought from trendy golf

I would give them 0 stars if I could

I would give them 0 stars if I could. Do not buy from this company online, the delivery of the item was fine, the return a nightmare. Didn’t receive a refund after returning goods that were too small, on contacting Malbon their customer service is shocking and they advised they had issued a refund when they hadn’t.

Long story short I had to raise a chargeback through my bank which Malbon initially refuted but then they backed down as I had proof of return and no refund, I won my case although it did take 6 months from me returning the items to them.

You have been warned stay clear of this company.

Comically poor customer service

Customer service was no existent and unhelpful. Expected to pay express DHL shipping to you, if you want to exchange/refund, pay again to send back and again to reship to you.

Coupons don’t work when you sign up for news letter. Return policy is a joke.

Overall comically poor customer service.

Discount code doesn’t work as the…

Discount code doesn’t work as the company advertised. They also advertise “ No duties to be paid “. My son had to pay duties when he picked up his purchase. False advertising on two accounts. I will not be ordering from Malbon !
