Malbus is an absolute scam and a disgrace to any notion of professional service. The management is not just poor; it is downright incompetent and completely apathetic towards customers. The rates they eventually charged were outrageously higher than the deceptively low prices they advertise, making the entire operation feel like a bait-and-switch scheme.

Customer service is a joke—if you’re lucky enough to get a response, expect it to be dismissive and unhelpful. They have no interest in resolving issues or addressing concerns. It’s clear that their only goal is to squeeze as much money as possible out of unsuspecting customers.

Avoid Malbus at all costs. They epitomize everything that’s wrong with shady business practices. I regret ever trusting them and urge others to stay far away from this fraudulent outfit.

I recently had the misfortune of dealing with Malbus, and I must say it was a complete scam. The experience was nothing short of pathetic. Their so-called "designer" abayas, hijabs, and accessories are of the worst quality imaginable. It's shocking how they claim to blend traditions and trends, but all I received was cheap, poorly made products that looked nothing like what was advertised.

Moreover, the management of Malbus is appallingly poor. There seems to be no coordination or professionalism in how they handle orders. My package arrived weeks late, and to top it off, the customer support was utterly unprofessional. Any attempts to resolve issues were met with dismissive and rude responses.

If you value your money and sanity, steer clear of Malbus. They fail miserably in every aspect they claim to excel in. It's evident that breaking stereotypes for a decade only means they've been getting away with scamming people for far too long.
