Still haven’t received my order, hasn’t said it’s even shipped yet

Overall, I am very upset and disappointed with my order from this website. I had contacted support numerous times and have still not heard back even once. This was about a very delayed shipment 2+ weeks after ordering, which I had canceled via email days prior to shipping due to the delay (there was no one-click cancellation). Malebasics then repeatedly ignored my inquiries and shipped the item regardless. Questions about returns have also been ignored entirely.

I will recommend to anyone to stay far away from ordering from this website. A customer service experience this poor has no right to exist in today’s online shopping culture.

EDIT: in the reply here they said my inquiries didn't come from the same email address as the order although i included all required order info. So they saw my cancellation requests and decided to ignore them. malebasics also decided to expose my personal identifiable information in their petty reply in which they blamed the customer. I had to report this to trustpilot and will forward a formal complaint to the FTC.
If you want a disturbing online shopping experience, go with malebasics

I made a mistake and had a wrong item in my shopping cart, the picture was the same for a pair of mesh shorts and a mesh tank top. While I pressed the payment button, I immediately realized my mistake and tried on multiple occasions to reach customer service to stop the order before it even began processing, but I never reached anyone and never received a response. Now I'm left with a pair of shorts that aren't even my size because I was only looking at the item for information, not selecting it.

The product is amazing, quality comfy clothing, ingenious designs, keep up; and dot let gone those type of g-strings that a buy from you. Thanks

Fantastic accurate and fast

I was really excited by the styles that I ordered, and paid for expedited shipping, received my items late and reached out about a refund. They said they would look into it, then ghosted me when I finally received my items I found them to be made out of Amazon grade materials are ill fitting, and the patterns and stitching have no craft to them. The tags are stitched in better than the actual seams of the underwear. Stitching is already frayed and I haven’t even worn them. Glad I got these on discount. Stay away from MOB:

- I’ll reply here since there isn’t a way to otherwise. Defensive excuses whether or not you can back them up are not a good look in any forum. If you make a good product, then it wouldn’t have bad reviews. My experience wasn’t good. The product is subpar, go check out bodyaware, or many vendors on Etsy. It’s not about defective pieces (which should be caught in the process of QC) it’s about initial quality of materials and craftsmanship. They aren’t good in my informed opinion. Taking more time and energy on my part to be satisfied after getting a TLDR response is not good customer service. Also all caps responses are a childish method of making a point, use your words and actions.

I was torn between a 3 or a 4. Order from MB as I like their selection of men’s underwear. Ordered. Not a fan of either g string. Sling is confusing to put on which should be really straight forward. Would not order any of the products again.
