- The service of responding emails is to slow.
- I boght a watch there and in 2 weeks it gets water inside.
Details:
I sent the watch to Male Essentials, but they said you have forgot it the crown opened, so thats the reason.
After they turn it back the watch to me, I tried to test again with crown completely closed and still the watch gets water inside!
I was inside of the warranty, but noone give that responsibility to fix the watch in a service or to refund me the money

We responded to each of your emails within two days. On our website, it is stated that we reply as quickly as possible; however, sometimes this can take more than a day.
We reviewed the watch and asked you questions about its condition when you received it and when you returned it to us. The way we received the watch, along with your responses, indicated that water entered the watch due to improper use. In such cases, we have the right to refuse a refund, and we explained the reasons for this in detail in our email.
