The idea of just using the razor's Al…
The idea of just using the razor's Al case as the protective shell for mail handling is wrong. You're not just selling the razor by itself, but selling it as an item which includes all the packagings that came with it from the factory. You're supposed to keep them in nice condition for your customers.

Fantastic customer service — highly recommended
I had an excellent experience with Male Grooming Supplies. I needed to exchange a product, and despite it being a very busy time of year, their team handled everything with clarity, professionalism, and real care. They kept me updated throughout the process, provided a clear breakdown of the exchange and refund options, and were always quick to respond to my emails.
The replacement item was dispatched promptly, and they processed the refund for the difference without any hassle. Their communication was courteous and transparent at every step, which really gave me confidence in the company.

Ordered a travel razor only a few days before leaving on a trip and paid a little extra for faster delivery.

Rip off prices from UK site
Rip off prices. It's cheaper to pay £27 shipping costs from the US website than pay for additional costs added on. For example, It's £25 for a pack of 100 blades in UK versus £7 on US site. The razor is £75 in UK versus £50 in US.

The price differences you’ve noticed reflect the import duties, taxes, foreign exchange fluctuations, and other associated costs involved in bringing these products to the UK. Unfortunately, these additional expenses can sometimes make our prices appear higher than those directly from the US site. However, after accounting for these expenses, our prices often work out to be cheaper, if not the same, when compared to importing directly from the US. You will find that after you enter your shipping details on the US website, the pricing will increase due to shipping and taxes.
We do, however, offer a 10% discount on first orders, which can help offset some of the cost differences. Additionally, we provide free next-day delivery (instead of 1-2 weeks from the US) to add further value to your shopping experience. If there’s anything else we can do to assist or improve your experience, please don’t hesitate to reach out.
