The absolute worst customer service

The absolute worst customer service. It is a scam. They automatically send you more medication without notifying you. They refuse to reimburse you even for medication not being sent for 3 months. Good luck trying to talk to anyone. Terrible. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!’n

Extremely pleased and satisfied with all aspects of malemd

I have been extremely pleased with all aspects of malemd. The initial signup was easy and I had a response within 24 hours that was professional, extremely detailed and included next steps. Product is exactly what I wanted and needed and I am very pleased with results. Each time my prescription is ready to expire, I get a notification with a link that makes it easy to renew. The website is very user friendly and I can quickly review prescription, expiration date and all of the updates from the doctor. The emails about shipments is extremely helpful as it lets me know when to expect the next delivery. I sent a message about repeated notifications and had a response within 48 hours that was clear and straightforward. I highly recommend malemd.

Please do not buy there are going to charge you every month rather you buy a one 1️⃣ time purchase The PRODUCT IS NOT ALL THAT trust me it’s not worth the hassles there please man stay away I have dispute them with my bank

Best decision ever

I felt very uncomfortable asking questions about the problem I was having. The doctor made it so easy to dicuss the issue and was quick with the answers I needed. Not only did it work but I have more energy and drive too. I highly recommend male MD

Response?

I just received my script today. Im having troubles talk to anyone on the phone number provided for order questions. The number when called from my phones says All trade construction 888-294-9877, It didn't ring but finally connected yhen was hung up on. Getting kind of bad vibes here after reading some of the bad reviews. I need to be contacted about future orders
