Placed an order on 23rd January, got e mail couple of days later saying that ther can no longer supply the products I ordered, offered alternatives which I declined.
Told refund would be done promptly, it’s now 14th February, 3 weeks and nothing now not getting reply’s to e mailed asked where my money is.

SHOCKING…
I’ve had a similar experience to many on here. Ordered 03/02, kept checking order status as the order was a gift for my daughter. Emailed on 09/02 to ask for an order update and received an email back from Lucy saying that I would be contacted that evening via email with more details. The email that followed sounds like the same one everyone else has received. Something about manufacturing issues…never had a problem before etc etc. Still not even considering this might be a scam, I emailed back thanking them for their response and for the 25% discount automatically added to my personal account indefinitely for future orders. I was actually feeling a bit sorry for them! And then I told my husband who instantly said ‘sounds like a scam have you checked trust pilot?’ I was honestly so shocked!! I’ve emailed and asked for a refund. Daisy has emailed back saying ‘a refund has been raised’. So I’ll wait and see and update this review when I get it. I say when and not if because I will not stop until I do get a refund! It’s almost £200 of my hard earned money that I absolutely cannot afford to lose! I’m so so mad at myself for jumping in without checking reviews.

Always competitively priced on my favourite skincare, Elemis. Delivery is super quick and products packaged well. Customer service responds quickly to the odd query I’ve had in the past and communication is excellent when it comes to the rare delay, contacts the customer without the need for a prompt. Definitely a go-to online retailer. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend 👍

I have ordered from maleskin few times over the last few months as I use elemis products and this website elemis products are already reduced by 15 to 20% and then from yine to time there is extra 15 to 20% off which works out really reasonable for a premium product.
I would have given them 5* but this time fir the first time there was a problem with processing my order and it took over 2 weeks to arrive.

I’ve used Maleskin on 2 occasions now to buy my Dermalogica products after using another online company for a number of years. Maleskin offered very good deals on both occasions on my products and service was excellent, I was even notified on my Jan order that there may be a slight delay in delivery as sales had been very busy during the Christmas break. I was super impressed. I will definitely be ordering again and would recommend.
Price point to good to be true…NO, I’ve got mine.
Ordered a Molton Brown shower refill at significantly lower cost than anyone else. It was delayed by 3-4 days and I wondered if it was too good to be true. Googled and saw these reviews and nearly panicked.
Glad I never. My shower gel arrived this morning, well packaged and delivered by Royal Mail.
I’m sure people have had problems but but reviews really can hurt a company. It’s important that we don’t kill companies trying to deliver a niche price point between the big boys.

**BEWARE - READ ALL REVIEWS BELOW**
I purchased some Le Labo on Wednesday (31st) for my Uncle's (who has no other family and has a heart condition) birthday. To ensure it would arrive in time, I also purchased the 1-2 business day delivery option. I hadn't received anything from Maleskin in the post by Saturday (3rd) morning so contacted them via email. I received an email this morning (5th) from'Lucy' saying that they had emailed me and that it sometimes goes to spam. They said one of the items I had purchased was out of stock and would I accept a replacement from a different brand.
I responded this morning (5th) and explained that there was no email in my spam and that I was incredibly disappointed not only with their service but for letting my uncle down, I explained that I didn't want the replacement and added that the supposedly "out of stock" item was still up on their website. Pretty shocking as an online retailer to have something still up on your website 120 hours after it has gone out of stock.
I have not received a response and it is almost the end of the day. They are either really incompetent, scammers, don't care at all about their customers or all 3. My advice, steer clear, its shambolic customer service and not worth the hassle. I am aware that these companies try to show they respond on Trust Pilot, and I will be updating this review with further details.
There is no address, nor phone number on their website so no way to contact other than Via email which is a concern. Hoping that they will rectify this and I'll not end up having to take them to trading standards or the ombudsman.

A complete sham website. I genuinely cannot believe I got fooled by this. So, so bizarre - I was looking for a fairly niche product and 'Maleskin' had it at the lowest price that I found, and also had an extra 15% off. Without thinking to double-check the website's validity, I checked out (because why would I get scammed for an organic lip balm?) I got a little suspicious when the parcel didn't show up within the 2-5 days and checked out TrustPilot, and ta-dah, everyone else was having the same issue. I emailed them and asked for a refund, and they got back and said of course. I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt but it's obvious that I won't be getting my money back from them as they now aren't responding to my emails, so I'll have to take action through my bank. I've noticed there's several pages with similar names, so be wary of any 'maleskin' or similarly named company. Seriously the most bizarre and pathetic scam I've fallen victim to. Lame lame lame

I got the same as other people. Ordered online over Christmas. Excuses about stock problems and would I have an alternative product. Requested a refund as they could not provide the item ordered. Ordered 27th Dec. It's now end of Jan and no refund after 3 weeks. Have opened a dispute with card company. Do not trust this company.

So I got a reply from Daisy who said she’d cancel my order and issue a refund. That was on 25/1/24 and I’ve just had a notification from Clearpay to tell me my next and 3rd installment must be paid! Why am I still being charged when I’ve never received the goods and they know this?! Also, they gave me an excuse that the item I wanted was out of stock with the supplier - well I’ve ordered through another company and recieved it right away. Appalling company. Avoid at all costs.

Can’t believe I didn’t read reviews first. Same experience as most people here, ordered item that was then out of stock because of issues with manufacturer and apparently they have a shop (not sure where this actually is) which is why they can’t keep stock levels accurate. Refund was offered but then no sign of it for more than a week and no response to communication. One star for actually providing refund when threatened with dispute being opened via bank.
