The order arrived to the local post office (not home delivery as expected) only after 11 days, though the delivery timeframes stated on their website is 3 days (to Spain). Due to this, I no longer needed the suitcase and tried to make a refund for it considering that it has never been received...Customer support is horrible. Today is 27th of February (order was placed on 7th of Feb) and I have endless email discussion with customer service representative who doesn't want to help me with solving this problem. I have provided all the information about the order, however they asking the same questions and trying to waste time. No refund issued yet!!!

The price was nice but after one week, still not deliverred. Announced was 2-3 days. Disappointing.

Incumplen totalmente los plazos de entrega que por escrito ponen en su página y cuando les contactas, porque tienes prisa en recibir las maletas (claramente todos las necesitamos porque nos vamos de viaje) lo único que te dicen es que hagas el seguimiento en la página de DHL y que si no rechace la entrega para que devuelvan la mercancía. No uséis esta página porque incumplen todo lo que dicen. Aparentemente es barata, pero al final no porque he tenido que comprar otra maleta para mi viaje cuando esta, todavía no he recuperado el dinero de esta.

They completely fail to meet the delivery deadlines that are written on their website, and when you contact them because you're in a hurry to receive the luggage (clearly, we all need it because we're going on a trip), the only thing they tell you is to track it on the DHL website and, if not, to reject the delivery so they can return the goods. Do not use this website because they fail to deliver on everything they promise. It seems cheap at first, but in the end, it's not, as I’ve had to buy another suitcase for my trip while I still haven’t recovered the money for this one.

Unfortunately they are working with false marketing. They say they have fast shipping, yet they shipped my order 3 days after I placed it, then with slow shipping, and it's still in a different country additional 3 days later... Customer service takes a long time to respond and only write "we can not promise you a delivery date". I chose this company for the fast delivery, but this was clearly a lie and they do not take responsibility for their way of dealing with it.

I received my order in no time, and the product was even better than I expected.

Got what I ordered, great value for money, but they NEVER answer e-mails. Post sales service is appalling !

Very disappointed about our experience with Maletas.es (who is Tasko Products Gmbh, also Bags.co.uk, and operating under other names/url in other EU countires).

We have been in a dispupt for over 2 months with them regarding our order that was never delivered to us and delivered to a wrong address. We contacted them directly after the wrong delivery occurred and it has taken them over 2 months for them to investigate with DHL which is still ongoing. It is clear that we haven't received the suitcases and Tasko Products (Maletas) is refusing to refund us or send new bags. We are twice now needing to travel without our suitcases we ordered and have lost 150 euros to this company. We will never order or recommend this company to anyone. Beware!

The delivery is delayed and there is no customer service whatsoever.

Terrible customer service - will not reply to emails and do not answer the phone.
AVOID - they might be lower cost, but you have zero options if you have a problem with the purchase
