Composta all'interno da tre camere da letto, due bagni e un soggiorno/cucina completamente attrezzata, mentre all'esterno da un'ampia piscina privata ad uso esclusivo, un parcheggio privato automatizzato, giardino e tanto altro... sarà in grado di offrire a coloro i quali vorranno soggiornare, tutti i comfort possibili, charme e tanto relax. La sua posizione strategica tra la ridente Conversano e la famigerata Polignano a Mare, perla del nostro territorio pugliese, consentirà ai suoi ospiti, di godere facilmente di tutte le meraviglie che il nostro territorio offre.

Teresa and Vito are exceptional hosts…

Teresa and Vito are exceptional hosts and cannot do enough to make you feel welcome and, more importantly, enjoy your stay. Malia Holiday Villa is the perfect destination for those who want to escape city life and take full advantage of a stress-free and relaxing environment. The photos on the website give you a glimpse of what to expect, but it is not until you arrive that you will fully appreciate the attention to detail paid to all aspects of the Villa and its surrounding gardens. Strategically placed between Conversano and Polignano a mare, it is also the perfect base to explore the surrounding area. I would recommend Maliaholidayvilla to anyone considering visiting Puglia, and I will certainly be returning next year.
