Site, games, functionality is very good. I loved it. Problem is when you win money. Max withdrawal is 500 euros. First payout went well, then it started dragging. Two weeks next time, and last time it never came. The live chat is generated and not helpful at all. This bonus coins you can use for free spins and cashback money can't be used when you have a pending withdrawal, so useless until you are broke.
I asked them to delete my account, and then managers started to mail and call me totally unaware of the feedback I've given through live chat.
