I had such a positive experience with this Jewellers in Nottingham. Firstly, Laura, the manager, was so helpful over the phone and went above and beyond to help me pick the right ring for me. I then went into store and Judith was amazing! She was so knowledgable and I walked away with the most amazing engagement ring. I also fell in love with an eternity ring which wasn't available at the time but Judith rang me a few days later to tell me it was now available. I would definitely recommend this jewellers- possibly the best customer experience i've ever had and made the occasion really special- thank you Judith and Laura :)

Mallards Ilford,I took a gold ring to be repaired after being cut off at hospital,they did an absolutely superb job,the ring came back as good as new,was so shiny I didn't think it was mine.Amazing job,thank you....

I had a charm that needed soldering onto a link bracelet and the solder Mallards in Ilford have done is absolutely invisible. Brilliant job. I can wear the bracelet now without forever checking that the charm is still on there. Thank you so much 💓

I recently went into the store in Ilford to enquire about a repair that I needed only to see a set of 6 bangles that I loved. Unfortunately they were too small but nonetheless I asked to see them and was served by Debbie. She gave me all the information that I needed and was extremely patient with me. As I went back to the store twice, her level of customer service remained the same and I could honestly say that all the ladies including Debbie made me feel really welcomed in the store and that they were willing to help me with all of my queries. The customer service that Debbie gave is the perfect example of what excellent customer service should resemble. I left satisfied and will definitely be returning soon. Mallards should be proud to have Debbie as one of their employees.

Ilford Branch: A business is nothing without great customer service and support. I want to thank Amy for helping me find the perfect watch and for fixing the battery. She is pleasant, very helpful and professional. I would definitely recommend and will most likely return!

I was served right away and got the help I needed. Before I came to this shop, I went to many shops asking for a tighter back for earrings as my daughter pulls hers off (she’s 13months). The lovely lady pulled out the perfect secure earring backs and I’m so happy with this product.

I visit often the shop for their expertise and knowledge of all things jewellery related. They are considerate of the needs of the customer and always give an honest opinion on choices and options available of stock, which is why it has become the only place I will confidently buy from.

I bought my niece a bracelet from the Southend branch, I wasn’t sure what to buy but the staff were so friendly and helpful that I was able to buy something I’m sure she’ll love. Will definitely recommend to my family and friends.

Dave, Nancy and the team have always provided an amazing service each time I have visited or purchased. They go above and beyond to provide a friendly, informative and professional service.
I have many pieces of jewellery from the shop and never had any issues. Items have been cleaned, dipped and I have also had older jewellery mended or altered to a high standard.

The 2 staff members that helped us were excellent with their customer service and knew the job very well. We could not have asked for better service and would recommend going to the shop to see Martine and Elaine again.

Both my husband and I have always enjoyed visiting Mallards Jewellers in Basildon to buy gifts, for special occasions, both for ourselves and for our families.
Having recently lost my husband I decided to buy each member of his family an item of jewellery in his memory.
I brought in my Mother-in-Law and both my husband's nieces a few weeks ago and Martine and Tina helped them all choose some amazing pieces of jewellery each.
Gradually I have found something for each member of his family and his close friends and have been looked after by all of the lovely staff at Mallards Basildon each time.
Tina, Martine, Sally, Steph, Elaine, Gill, Lynne, Suzy and Kirsty have all served me at different times and all of them have made each purchase special and have always helped me to find the loveliest gifts.
