A huge recent pleasant surprise after 1.5 terrible years waiting

I had a unique experience with this business. Up until a couple weeks ago, I would have given them zero stars if I could - my suitcase was damaged by the airline in July 2024 and for over a year and a half I had no responses, bounced emails, a phone number that did not work, and I even went in person to their google map location and found an odd warehouse and someone who told me they would get back to me (and never did). BUT after I had given up and was sure these people were complete frauds, I actually heard from the company via email and had excellent and thoughtful service with a quick and concerted effort to make sure I received a nice suitcase in the mail. Indeed it turns out there is new management and genuine major efforts being made now to repair the years of bad service. So bravo to this new team, good luck in your efforts, and thank you for your quick help to ensure we received a nice new suitcase.

Horrible company and service

I placed an order on June 12, 2024, and paid extra for the suitcase I chose after receiving indemnification from Air France. It’s been over five months, and I still haven’t received my suitcase. To make matters worse, no one from customer service is responding to my inquiries. This is completely unacceptable. Air France should seriously reconsider working with such an unprofessional company that fails its customers so badly.

Horrible company and service

Horrible company and service. There was no response to inquiries, and the suitcase was not delivered five months after the order! A disgrace for Airfrance for using this company

Problem solvers in a blink of an eye

Problem solvers in a blink of an eye. After having my baggage damaged by the airline I used to come to Paris, I was given the option to bring it here for repair or exchange (if repair would men be possible). I got to Malles Bertault and it took me longer to select the bag than the process to solve the problem I had encountered with my damaged luggage. Batam was more than helpful, patient (I don’t speak French) and welcoming. Assisted me dearly throughout the process and got me in and out faster than a NY minute.
