Absolutely shocking customer service - Purchased boots in which worn at the back within 28 days although only worn handful of times - sent numerous pics videos to evidence this to be keep being told the pictures are not clear enough - think they think that every person has a professional camera to take pictures. anyway this went on for ever with out any result to not get resolved - DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY

As the team explained to you via email, videos are no good for this type of issue. The images you sent were not clear, and therefore, we were not able to help you until better ones were provided. I can see that we have now raised the return for you, but as a goodwill gesture, as the defect has not yet been deemed a manufacturing fault. Please post the goods back within 14 days using the free label we provided.
I am very sorry for the inconvenience we have caused you, but there is a protocol for faulty items which we all have to adhere too.

Ive now had 4 pairs of mallets and…
Ive now had 4 pairs of mallets and gonna give a review as I think I've wore them in every occasion or every time that other people who buy them will so I hope this helps.
Mallets are for the birthday party, wedding, meal night or a night where you would think about wearing shoes.
They're not for a day out walking or for instance a day out in London where there's alot of walking involved.
When I got my 2nd pair of mallets I tried to use the first pair as a day to day trainer but after about 2 weeks the sole literally starting to come away from the shoe and I could put my hand straight through between shoe and sole.
Really I feel the money I've spent on mallets I haven't got my moneys worth oht of them as if I bought a pair or Nike, adidas or new balance they would last alot longer with everyday use.
That said and done I do like em alot and they are one of the smartest looking trainer on the market and if ya wanna look taller walking into a night club party or wherever your attending then these are the trainers for you

their sizes are not right they wont cover any return postage
they also make it very hard to return item with no customer service information on website

For review purposes, we did advertise on our website that during peak, orders can take up to 5 working days to be dispatched. Once shipped, they are on a next working day delivery.
All information is on our T&CS on our website with how to reach out to us (email, live chat, social media).
With regards to our sizing, we have not changed the specifications but some styles may come up slightly bigger or smaller depending on the design. In the meantime, we will pass your comments onto the production team.
I can see you have been in touch with the team via email who confirmed what you ordered is what was received. Unfortunately, as we do not pay for returns for correctly supplied goods (again this is on our T&C's), you will need to raise a return on our portal and follow the instructions on how to pay for the DPD label.
If you have any more questions, the team will happily assist you.

We use DPD next working day tracked secure pin code service. The pin code & tracking number are sent four times to the customer on both email and SMS: the day the order leaves the warehouse and again on the hour slot the following working day. The pin code has to be given to the driver to complete the delivery.
If the delivery fails due to you not being in, the driver will attempt the following working day. If the 2nd delivery fails, your parcel will be returned to us for a refund minus the postal costs as we have shipped correctly and given you all the information needed for you to be available to accept the delivery.

When I contacted Mallet they said it was too late to pursue the query (after 14 days!).
They will not refund the order and sent me a picture of proof of delivery that is not our house (or any house in my area).
We now have to get our solicitor involved.

We have checked the communication on this, and the order was delivered to you on 4th November, yet you only reached out to the team on 20th December. You actually only have 7 days to raise a dispute with the sender (Mallet) under DPD NL terms and conditions.
The tracking number was sent to you when the order was dispatched on 27th October, so you had every opportunity to track this via the courier's website to ensure the parcel is safely delivered. Unfortunately, as this was marked as delivered 46 days ago, it is too late to pursue an investigation with DPD NL.
The team have provided the GPS location and POD image to you but are unable to raise any sort of claim against the courier.
