They where delivery I great time.
But the black pair of trainers arrived damaged and the shoe box that the trainers came in was battered, ripped,torn, and there was scuffs on the trainers, and they where meant to be a Christmas present but I can't gift them now so I have a pair of trainers going know where. After be a mallet customer for long time. This really has upset and disappointed me after mallet holds its self to be a luxury company with great standard. Sorry to inform you of this.

The sneakers arrive in time as promised and the quality is unmatched but your return policy needs improvement. I sent back a wrong size and bought a new size 2 days after returning the wrong one. Up to now I haven’t received my refund
