Stayed at the Hilton Galatzo Mallorca

Stayed at the Hilton Galatzo Mallorca. Unfortunately we had the most horrific experience with a manager staff that was beyond passive aggressive, ignored simple requests, would not listen to us and when we complaint about the fact that we couldn’t find a simple thing as a sun bed he just told us with ignorance to lay down on the gras. Our small boy found the man very aggressive and started crying. Norhing acceptable with this so called service.
