We used Mallorca Mortgage for our property purchase and have only good things to say about them, in particular Tracey who handled our case.
They not only got us more than the banks we approached had offered, but their professionalism helped us avoid a nightmare on a property we had to withdraw from with a very unplesant seller.
In the end Mallorca Mortgage had to put up with us for about a year as we changed the house we wanted, but they patiently attended us throughout, and then at the end when we needed everything NOW, they delievred on time.
We have already put Tracey in contact with a friend so would and are recommending them.
