The people were very friendly and explained everything very well!
This makes renting a scooter fun! I would definitely recommend the rental company to others. The scooter I had was a little faulty, in left turns the scooter started to flutter, but still went quite well. Maybe you should check it again.

You had a problem as you lost the bike key, and we had to make a new copy (electronic) and pick you up bringing a replacement scooter in less than 30 minutes.
The new key only, had a value of 80€ plus the time spent in assistance... We charged your 150€ deposit even the assistance cost alone for us was 150€.
It was not our fault that you lost the keys, the rest is history. We always try to help the best we can and, in fact, our reviews reflect this.
Great experience
The staff was great, helpful and kind, the scooter perfect. I had a great experience and when I visit Mallorca again I'll definitely go back to Mallorca scooter.
