Gutted to say that since Skinnydip London took over Mallows Beauty, they’ve done nothing but lose a loyal customer.

Mallows Beauty used to have an incredible customer service team—nothing was ever too much trouble. Since the takeover, I’ve experienced a lost parcel, missing items, and complete silence when trying to get support.

I’m genuinely disappointed. It’s such a shame to see a once amazing brand decline like this, and I think it’s time for me to switch to another brand for my body care.

The best products at this price range!
I ordered an 11 piece set from skinny dip (I believe mallow beauty has been sold to this company) and was very impressed with the quality of these products!
I have since purchased more of my favourites from the set & also a razor.
I would usually assume that products at this price (£35 for an 11 piece set) were not worth buying, but after a recommendation from a friend, I decided to try & I am very glad I did!

I recently ordered from Mallows Beauty and had such a great experience! My package arrived really quickly, and everything was beautifully packed. The products themselves are amazing — great quality and exactly what I was hoping for. I’m especially obsessed with the whole vibe of the brand. The concept, the messaging, and the packaging all feel so fun, empowering, and well thought-out. It’s clear they put a lot of care into every detailI.

Website no longer available email no longer active..

Received my order with an item missing and had contact up to last week. The website now goes to skinny dip London and email gives a DNS Server error. I can file for a refund on the missing item in 15 days after the order was placed. Having looked on companies house Laura Mallows Director is also director of Ara Wellbeing Limited where it shows statements overdue and a notice for compulsory strike off or dissolving so is Mallows doing the same?

Ordered a few times off TikTok and their own website, mystery boxes etc and always sent cheap stock they couldn’t get rid off. I was on their live and ordered a box for £36 I got hair clips, hair masks, a cheap piece of material for a bag, a face spray, a make head band and some other cheap bits. They are famous for their shave butters, scrubs and body butters, I didn’t receive one of them, instead again just cheap tat that was out dated and they clearly couldn’t get rid of. Vowing to never order again, I then stumbled across the brand in TK Maxx selling their shave butters for £5.99. How can they take £14.95 of someone for the same item is beyond me. Laura mallows so greedy

Have tried contacting this company numerous times regarding half filled pots being delivered via Amazon , that was ignored so we tried ordering from the actual site, ordered when they had a flash sale ordered 4 of 1 item only 3 were delivered after trying numerous times to try and have this resolved you are constantly ignored , if you want half filled pots which to be fair the have only experienced via Amazon or some of your order missing after using their official site this is the place for you, put simply they’ll take your money happily but when there’s an issue don’t expect to have it resolved

I am really so disappointed with my subscription box. I have emailed customer services and have received a really dismissive response. My other half subscribed me for a birthday present. I received a poolside body spray (out of season) a childish pink hair clip not suitable for a 43 year old and a strawberry facial serum which is in their clearance for £5.95! Really not worth the money he paid for the subscription whatsoever. I was expecting to receive in season products not reduced to clear! I absolutely love Mallows products hence my request for a subscription box! I informed customer services of my disappointment and asked what they could do and their response was sorry you’re disappointed we will take note for future!!! No refund offered absolutely nothing! Since I’ve cancelled my subscription and subscribed to another company such a shame.

Always great service and delivery! And the products always look and smell amazing! I look forward to the seasonal scents every year!
