Great consultation

Although I reside in the USA I was motivated by the expertise and professionalism of Malo Clinic. I decided to email them for information on my need for implants. I received a response from Jenifer Rodrigues in less than 24 hours ;Jenifer set up a video consultation with Dr Ana Ferro and Angela Serra within days. The consultation with Dr Ana Ferro and Angela Serra went extremely well: they both were very clear and informative, patiently answering all of my questions. In less than two days after the consultation, I received a detailed plan for the treatment, including well itemized costs for each procedure at a competitive price.
I am extremely pleased with all of their attention and knowledge.

Not Fit For Purpose (in every thinkable and unthinkable way).
Failed Workmanship (in every thinkable and unthinkable way).
DANGEROUS and UNHEALTHY.
NHPO, AHPRA, HCCC, DBA, ADC, ADA, Australian Government and other businesses are aware
Of this business and individuals.
Total Permanent Disability (TPD) I am now on a Disability Support Pension.
Look at OTHER websites and NOT social media sites with reviews since this company's not truly transparent and spineless. All about the SELF-WORTH of the MONEY and STATISTIC. NOT ABOUT THE PATIENT. This business and individuals cannot be trusted.
Think again and again about entrusting your life, your future, your career, your family, your friends and your hard worked money with them.

Terrible terrible terrible

The clinic doesn’t reply calls and emails, the client manager hiding in office trying to escape from responsibility. The clinic is terrible, any problem with treatment they do not resolve. They ignore.

From the first moment of getting in…

From the first moment of getting in touch with the Malo clinic it has been a wonderful experience as from all the staff the care and how the look after me as a client, they we in touch with me regularly to make sure I was not experiencing all problems, As I in Ireland they made contact with me by phone and online, I really can’t them all enough,

This is the best dental clinic in…

This is the best dental clinic in Lisbon. All services are in one place, each on top of their field. I have trusted them for the last 19 years with my orthodontics, implants, crowns, regular dentistry, and hygiene. Do not hesitate - they are worth the $$
