Everything in the delivery process…
Everything in the delivery process appeared to be satisfactory. What is not satisfactory is getting a request to review a service every time you purchase something on line. I don’t believe that much in the way of service improvement is achieved by these surveys.
Thank you for your response. My point was to highlight a trend of companies requesting feedback for online purchases. If every online customer fills out a satisfaction survey for every purchase, there would not be enough time in the day to complete responses. My point being that customers will complain if service is poor and there is evidence in my experience in many cases that companies dwell on positive reviews and don’t actually learn lessons from negative ones.
