All was great but you used royal mail…
All was great but you used royal mail delivery and I could not not get proper tracking feedback. Every time I tried to find out at what stage we were at they replied "we will update you once we have tried to deliver your parcel". I was concerned that it would not arrive in time for my son-in-law's birthday but then heard from him that it had just arrived in time. Not your fault but something you might take up with royal mail as their compeitors seem to be much more on the ball!
