⚠️ SERIOUS WARNING

⚠️ SERIOUS WARNING — My experience with Malum.to

I strongly recommend extreme caution before trusting Malum.co with your funds.

My experience with Malum has raised extremely serious concerns regarding their withdrawal practices, KYC/AML procedures, handling of customer funds, and the way they responded when I questioned the basis for restricting my funds.

Initially, Malum approved two of my withdrawals without requiring KYC. Their website also stated that they did not require KYC from users.

When I subsequently attempted further withdrawals, they suddenly requested extensive KYC/AML documentation, including:

• Passport or national ID
• Liveness photo
• Business registration
• Proof of address
• Tax documentation

I did NOT refuse to complete KYC.

In fact, I explicitly told their Compliance Team that I was willing to provide all of the requested documents.

My only request was to first verify the legitimacy of the entity requesting highly sensitive identity, tax and business documents. I asked them to provide their legal entity details, company registration, regulatory authorization, and evidence supporting their claim that my funds were subject to regulatory control.

Their original email gave me 7 DAYS to complete the verification.

However, after I asked these questions, they terminated my account on 14 September 2026, before the stated deadline had expired.

Their own email stated that my funds were restricted from withdrawal, transfer, settlement and distribution, and claimed that the funds were subject to “regulatory control” while ownership and source of funds were reviewed by the Financial Services Authority of Seychelles.

I then asked them to provide:

• Their full legal entity name and registration details
• Company registration documents
• Their regulatory licence/authorization
• Evidence of the alleged involvement of the Seychelles FSA
• The official procedure for completing verification and releasing my funds
• Confirmation of the balance being held

Again, I made it completely clear that I was willing to complete KYC once I could independently verify the entity and the regulatory basis for the restriction.

Their response was extremely concerning.

They stated:

> “We are ending this discussing here any further emails from you will bounce from our email server.”

They also claimed that I was not in a position to request such documentation.

This is not the response I would expect when a customer is simply asking for verification of the legal and regulatory basis for restricting their funds.

### The timeline is particularly concerning:

1. Two withdrawals were approved.
2. Further withdrawals triggered extensive KYC/AML requirements.
3. I agreed to complete KYC.
4. I requested reasonable information to independently verify Malum's corporate and regulatory status.
5. Malum gave me a 7-day deadline to complete verification.
6. Before that deadline expired, they terminated my account.
7. My funds were restricted from withdrawal.
8. They refused to provide the regulatory clarification I requested.
9. They then stated that further emails from me would be blocked.

I have preserved the complete email correspondence and supporting evidence.

I have also documented the evidence and timeline on Telegram:

@MalumAdmin0

I am not going to simply walk away from this matter.

I will continue documenting the case and, where appropriate, report it to relevant authorities and law-enforcement agencies, including the FBI, as well as appropriate financial and regulatory authorities.

I will also report the relevant domains and associated infrastructure to the appropriate domain registrars, hosting providers and abuse-reporting channels and request that they investigate and take whatever action is legally appropriate if violations are established.
