Used the trial pack in size 1 and they worked fine at birth. Bought a bigger 4x35 pack immediately, but once my baby was producing more urine they consistently leaked out the back. He was only 3kg at this point so bang in the middle of the weight range for this size.

Really wanted to use these for the eco credentials, but it's not very eco to have to be washing reams of baby clothes and bedding. Not very kind on my sanity either to be honest!

Really great products, super easy to set up a subscription so we never have to worry about running out of nappies or wipes!
I also received a bunch of flowers for Mother's Day which was an unexpected but lovely surprise on the day! Shows how much Mama Bamboo cares about their customers ☺️

I love these nappies so much, they don't leak and copes with every type of poop my baby produces. They are really good for my babies skin and the subscription provides enough nappies we've ran out even when 3 nappies have been needed in one nappy change.
I highly recommend these nappies and wipes!

I absolutely adore every product from this company, from their super comfortable nappies to their water bottle. You can see that these people have had babies and they truly really go the extra mile!

Mama Bamboo have been great nappies for both of our children. We're really happy with them, and the children seem to find them comfortable too.

I've had a monthly subscription with Mama Bamboo for about 5 years now. Great quality and my little ones are much comfier and healthier in the natural bamboo than regular store bought ones. Fantastic customer service, have recommended to family and friends.

Mama Bamboo Are the highest scoring nappies on ethical consumers ratings. This is very important to me and why I buy them. They are also functionally very good and I have had no problems with deliveries or anything like that. They cost a little more than some nappies, but the price per nappy is still low and is definitely affordable if you were on a middle or higher income.

Best nappies I've ever used. Breathe much better than the plastic ones, and really absorbant. Whenever I've run out and been in a pinch its clear the difference between these and other brands. They work so well on every level. Delivery is always reliable too. Have used Mama Bamboo since my son was 2 months old and he is now 20 months.

I've been using their nappies for years (with two kids), as their nappies are the only ones I've tried that have kept my kids nappy-rash free.

Fantastic products and service, and they do size 0 for prem babies! We first saw Mama Bamboo at the Ideal Home Show, and bought some products there. Our baby had a reaction to traditional leading brands nappies, he had terrible nappy rash. Since then, we've been subscribed to Mama Bamboo since. The nappies are super absorbent, they're soft on his skin, and they really absorb smell. I'd highly recommend them to anyone with a newborn, and have been doing so to my friends and family. The service is great too.

Been using Mama Bamboo nappies and wipes for my little one since a year. Never have any issues of leaky nappies. Nappies are of excellent quality, absorb the liquid for long time and my baby never had any issue of rashes. Surely keeping my subscription for long time.

I’ve been using mama bamboo for nearly 6 months now and I am very happy with the service and quality. Free gifts are a lovely addition, the bamboo hair brush is wonderful and soft on my baby’s head.

The nappies are excellent, absorbent, soft, we’ve had no nappy rash at all.

Absolutely appalling company to deal with and terrible products at a very expensive price. Nappies leak and explode with clear/ white silicone like bobbles and company are trying to claim it is because the nappies are the incorrect size and not a manufacturing problem. Size 5 is fine in every other brand we have used and according to the suggested weights should fit absolutely fine. It appears from here that other people have also experienced these nappies leaking and being of poor quality so this shiuld be something the company are aware of or looking into. Customer service is shocking, questions are not directly answered and they say they cannot provide a contact number to discuss this over the phone so it is instead taking up excessive amounts of time over a number of days to deal with the issue over long emails and it is still not sorted.

Why they have such high ratings here I don't understand. The products are expensive and poor quality.
I bought a few items from them in Excel baby show.

Romper- so soft…. Amazing. But my boy wore it once and it stitching opened. Even tho it was a size or too big on him. So there was no particular pull there.

Muslin- nice large muslin. But nothing special.

Baby weaning set- its ok. Suction cup looks like it wont hold but I havent really put it up to the baby test yet.
However on packaging its showing that main plate has 3 compartments when in fact it only has 1. The printed on design is same as in image but the plate itself is different. Very disappointing!

Wipes- rather unpleasant sent. But they do the job. I will just stick with water wipes.

Considering the price mark on these items I am really not pleased. Not horrible but when charge is so high… should at least hold the sewing and have realistic imaging on the packaging.

Found these nappies super leaky, so couldn't use them in the end. He was well within the weight category, but they were a very poor fit.

I really can't understand how these are so highly rated. They are very soft which is lovely and they hold wees ok but I've not had a single poo that hasn't leaked. The texture of the nappies is that where the baby moves and the leg holes don't spring back so they just get bigger and bigger and then they leak as a result. I'd never take her out of the house in one.
Also it's not a sizing issue, they're basically perfect size for her now so I don't buy that.

Yes they have a nice texture- but comparing them to pampers they are not practical - I get a poo or wee leakage about them twice a day! So sadly I won’t be buying them again.

For transparency I had to edit to reply since they replied to my original review. I have had response stating

1: the wait was six weeks for them to investigate and get back to me :this obviously isn't the case. On 29th of July I sent the concern and to date you never came back to me with final conclusion apart from when I have placed this review. We can agree thats more than 6 weeks.

2: you advised you provided refund : this is also not true, you credited my online account as point to spend in your own website. Despite asking you to offer refund of my purchase you didn't. I could ba

have gone to my bank to request this but we decided it wasn't worth the hassle. But I hope all customer understands the level of issues this company can bring on parents, deny or refund when concerns are raised .

On my last review see below, I acknowledged their products of being great as you can see below. We had one issues this year with one of the pack and we sent picture, even intimate private area of our daughter. The pad cotton from inside was coming out and kept on sticking into our daughter bits. Surprised surprised they said they would Investigate, no response after chasing apologies and they said their products factory reviewing as this has never happened and they can't replicate the issues - what a lot of nonsense. They said they will get back to me... Three month in nothing. They didn't even offer refund despite even asking. Instead gave credit in their own website. Since then we left and cancelled. Apparently their product is bullet proof in their eyes and will never admit fault and offer loyal customer exchange or refund.

One of the best product and online customer service I have had for dealing with nappies.

Their products are really good for our little one skin and though we had few leaks, they listened and advised on sizes and changed our subscription based on all options they gave us.

Email service is excellent and fast even on Sunday.

My daughter has just potty trained at 3. We have had a subscription for nappies and wipes since she was born. Fantastic customer service and the odd free gift. I cannot recommend this product enough, no nappy rash , no leaks and good for the planet. I NEVER want anymore children but if I did I would definitely be a return customer. If you can afford these nappies don’t think twice. Thanks mama Bamboo!
