They still owe me a pack of 40g CBD…

They still owe me a pack of 40g CBD which I paid for (including delivery TWICE!) and I've still not received it.

They now ignore my inquiries and I don't know what to do. I thought I'll share this experience with any new potential buyers!

Decent store but

Decent store but, after you make a purchase, they bribe customers to make reviews on here and pay them with products if you send them a screenshot of your review! Only problem is, it’s a scam! They just want you to write positive reviews and then never send the products they were trying to bribe you with! I’ll send them this one as a screenshot too!

Good quality

The products are of good quality. I tried:
- Rainbow Runtz: sweet
- Cali Grape: good taste
- Blue Zushi: very relaxing, best consumed in the evening
For a first purchase, I am satisfied with the products I received. I recommend MamaKana.

I was introduced ny a friend and I have NOT been disappointed in anyway.
The product is fantastic, as I suffer with chronic pain! Plus I have to say the service had been amazing too! Updates on delivery, new product offers. If your nervous about trying it, don't be, it's really just amazing. The packaging is also fantastic and descrete, along with really great prices. Just don't wait, fill your basket and you won't be disappointed 😊

Dishonest

This company is fine, in terms of the product. But they did not reply to my emails when I had an issue. They did not send the things they promised. And, the worst of all, they try to bribe customers by offering freebies for positive reviews on Trust Pilot!

Order in preparation for a month

Ive placed my order on the 10th of April and it’s still ‘in preparation’. Meanwhile they keep doing more promotions to incentivize more sales when they can’t keep up with the ones they have. I’ve ordered from them before and never had an issue but I’ve contacted support about this and they don’t even answer.

Appears to be illegally selling in Ireland

EDIT REGARDING MAMA KANA RESPONSE: The law in Ireland is that CBD must be 0% THC, not less than 0.3%. So you are, in fact, breaking the law. The law in Ireland *probably* does not allow import of CBD directly by consumers from other countries (but I'm not a lawyer).

I ordered from an "Irish website" mamakana.ie.
It was not apparent from their website that products would be shipped from outside Ireland. I first began to worry when my receipt was sent to me in French.
Then when they sent me the shipment tracking number, it had indeed been shipped from outside Ireland. I was immediately concerned because Ireland has strict rules about CBD and it seemed odd that shipping from outside the country directly to a consumer would be allowed (I do not believe it is allowable!).
First shipment disappeared without a trace. They reshipped and that was seized by Irish customs and found to contain THC. I thought they were selling legal CBD from their .ie website. They are not.
Communication was slow and I had to write more than once almost every time in order to get a response. After I explained that what they are doing is likely illegal, they responded that they would try to send me it again a third time! I said no and asked for a refund. Stay away from this company that has no regard for Irish law or Irish customers.

First of all, we are sorry for your experience. We recognize that our site is in . It may have been confusing about the origin of the shipment, and we will immediately review our communication to make it clearer that shipments are being made from France.

Regarding the Irish legislation, we assure you that all our products meet the European standards in terms of THC (less than 0.3%). That said, it is true that Ireland currently has a strict policy and there may be blockages at customs despite the conformity of products. We do not seek to circumvent local law.

We sincerely regret that your parcels were lost or seized, and that communication with our customer service was unsatisfactory. This is not representative of the attention we want to give our clients.

For information, a refund for order #135280 was made at the end of March. If your opinion concerns another order, we would appreciate you to contact us so that we can respond as soon as possible.

super positive experience, a lot of promotion, very fast in delivery and super products (CBD flowers). I´ve tried several suppliers but mama kana really excels!

Mold found on buds! Shop elsewhere!

Literally found mold on some of the buds, sent an email with photos, requesting a refund and explanations on why and how something like this happened. Was instructed to send them the package back and they had the nerve to tell me they didn't find any mold, like I don't know what mold clearly looks like. It wasn't a small amount either.

Spend your money elsewhere. They don't inspect their buds and on top of that lie to the customer's face! Mold is very dangerous if ingested!

EDIT: 'Also, you threatened to post negative reviews on all platforms with the help of your friends in order to blackmail us' - This is a lie and defamation, and I have proof in e-mail I never said any of that. Now you will hear from my lawyer because not only you exposed me to mold, you also lied and in fact it was you who threatened to contact the authorities if I did not remove my review, and told me the only way to get my refund was to remove my review.

EDIT 2: Since you decided to pull on this thread, lie and defame my name over a 50Eur moldy order let's make all the information available to whoever reads this. The following text is retrieved verbatim from our email convo: 'Além destas queixas vão também continuar a receber reviews de 1 estrela em todos os portais ao meu dispor e também já comuniquei com todos os conhecidos para não utilizarem os vossos produtos.'

Translation: 'Besides the formal complaints, I will also continue to 1 star review your store wherever I can and have already told all my friends to not use your products.'

Now I understand due to your complete lack of accountability and comprehension you would think this is blackmail but because I received a moldy product and no refund the 1 star review seems very acceptable and normal behaviour, and because I care about my friends I informed you that you did not just lose 1 customer, you lost several, because I told them to not buy your moldy products.

You guys are scammers and liars. You could have taken accountability and simply refunded the order and instead chose this path.

Thank you for giving me the opportunity to expose just how incompetent you guys are.

However, you returned your entire order without informing us, when you had only reported one product. After verification, no mould was detected on the other varieties. Despite our attempts at dialogue, you have refused any amicable solution and maintained unjustified negative opinions.
