Great compromise in my opinnion
For the price, the product and customer service is great. A huge array of items that are all very distinct and all are cheap.
Cheap prices comes with compromise as always though:
The trim has seeds in it.
The small buds are really just broken off pieces of regular nugs, they are cheap and the same quality though. Just another lie for no reason.
The promotions are missleading, like the points you can collect and the double order crap that's literally just raising minimum order amount by doubling the smalles packages, you are paying double price for all of those still.
Taxes are not included in the price wich is a first for me in 15 years of international shopping minus the US.
The shipping is very slow, think 2 weeks. It's not express. It's not even sent by the time they promise it to be delivered.

Really upset my order didn’t arrive and no refund. Disappointed that it hasn’t been sorted yet either. Was hoping to purchase long term from this company but as I haven’t recieved it or my money, I won’t be purchasing. Royal Mail says in Coventry but their shipping company says still in France. Beginning to wonder if this is a legitimate company, says Uk but ships from France I know some do that for the cost factor but no good if it takes a month or doesn’t arrive. I will say though they have emailed me… But it’s kind of like we understand your concern and then I don’t hear anything from them. Money wasted when I can’t afford to lose even a little and not have the pain relief due to not receiving. Ordered on the 24th of Jan and still nothing. It’s now 18th Feb!
