Although I love Mamas and Papas, their delivery company Eastlake Ireland Limited really lets them down. The delivery company offers assembly, left me with a changing unit with a drawer sticking out more than then others, you should have heard the crashing sounds from them assembling, and then after all this crashing there was a ‘broken piece’. What was worse was the company then promised to sort the after Easter and they are now pushing it off another week again, after I paid them for assembly. For such a great company for baby products and furniture there large furniture delivery company really lets them down to the point I would use a different company.

Jen served us at the Charlton branch. Excellent customer service and we found a great car seat.

Gillian and Marie were brilliant! I came in to find a nipple shield and got completely confused on what size to get. I went to ask the women at the counter if they could offer any help and they were very reassuring. Gillian happened to have a size guide which I was able to use and get the correct size. I felt a bit foolish for not having my size on hand but both women were so kind about the whole situation.

Appalling online experience on the .ie website. There’s always a problem with the billing, orders always arrive confused (either items missing or wrong size etc)… I just honestly never had straightforward positive experience. The only saving grace is the quality of products… but then on the other side it’s reflected in their price. I’m very determined not to ever order anything from this website again.

The first issue is the billing. Despite the site saying EU cards are okay to use, it is impossible to choose any other country than Ireland in the dropdown menu of the billing address form. Result – the payment doesn't go through.

Had to transfer the money and pay with an Irish card. And, to my surprise, I got an email again that the payment didn't go through. Which was just the system lag, apparently.

So, instead of completing the order in a few minutes, I spent several days with customer care.

The website doesn't have a favourites function. Which was sad in the beginning. But due to all this hustle, I've found out there is no need for this site for some smaller baby purchases – those kinds of things are 30-40% cheaper, for example, on Amazon.

Awful experience so far, made large order over a month ago and still haven’t received it. Mailed after 2 weeks told it hadn’t gone through properly. Given a new delivery date. Date came, no delivery, kept getting confirmation emails as if I had just ordered it, now on 5th delivery date and now told it hasn’t left the warehouse yet and nobody can tell me why! Baby due in a week, am doubtful I will get the items at all. No one seems to know anything. Won’t be ordering again. Ridiculous

DISGUSTING ARRIVAL OF MY ORDER I have just received an order with clothing in, what a disgusting state it’s arrived in the baby velvet robe just chucked in a bag all creased up, the delivery had taken almost two weeks to get here… this is the first order I’ve placed and will be my last !!! All the hype about your brand the quality and service is not what you advertise it to be !!!

We went into mamas & papas blanch to shop for our travel system and we wore served by Adam! He was an absolute pleasure to deal with and was so helpful he was able to answer all our questions and was so friendly too, he made spending a lot of money a lot easier! Thanks so much Adam

Went to the Gateshead store and was served by Bethany. She was very knowledgeable and helpful throughout our time. We came away very satisfied with our purchase and the attention/ care we were given. Amazing staff, very friendly.

Went into the White City branch needed a gift for my friend expecting her baby was helped by the lovely Rebecca she helped me pick out a perfect gift for my friend, I’m clueless when it comes to Gifts so I’m glad I had help from someone who knew what they was doing a big 5 stars thank you Rebecca

Went into Mamas and Papas in Blanchardstown. We were helped out by Adam with choosing our travel system. He was a fantastic help! He was very knowledgeable about all products. Such a lovely shop, will definitely be back.

We went to Mamas & Papas in Blanch today looking for travel system for our first baby. We were served by Adam! Very profesional & knowledgeable person, pleasure to deal with, very helpful nothing was a problem, he demonstrated different options for buggies etc which certainly helped us to pick suitable travel system. Even though we left awful amount of money in there😂Adam definitely made it less painful! Matt & Ali

Today I visited your Blanchardstown store and was assisted by Anna, she was amazing, so patient with me, has a great wealth of knowledge, it's so rare these days to get customer service like that, I'm a happy satisfied customer thanks to Anna.

On arriving at the mamas and papas trafford Centre store, Jake greeted my partner and myself with my parents and was very welcoming.
We were taken into a separate part of the store with plenty of space to move around and be shown the fox five pram that we were interested in purchasing.
We were shown the carry cot that was a part of this pram and all its new features compared to the fox three. We were shown fully how to attach and detach the different appliances including the car seat options available.
There was never any pushing towards buying this product it was fantastic service, I even have to say that Jake made even more effort to get the parts of the pram to show us that he thought would not be possible.
In less than an hour and half, Jake had sold us this pram and we could not have asked for more advice.
I do hope Jake gets seen for this review. It was Jake at the mamas and papas in the Trafford Centre.

We went to Mamas n Papas for the first time today as my daughter is pregnant and we were assisted by Rhi with advice on prams. Now I am a mum of 2 but it’s 20 yrs since I bought a pram and boy how things have changed. Rhi was so helpful and knowledgeable she really knew her products and really gave us essential advice to help us make a decision without pressure. A pleasure to shop there. Thank you Rhi.
