I ordered a ring
I ordered a ring from Mamater on 01/07/21 they took my money and sent me a receipt and that's about it, I'm still waiting for the ring, emails are never answered can't get through on the phone

We have reopened our office today after a hiatus over the summer as advised on our website that enabled us to address some production issues we experienced due to the pandemic and high volumes.
First I would like to apologise for the time it has taken for us to revert back to you. At the beginning of the summer, we were dealing with hundreds of orders after a number of high profile features in the press and being a very small team of less than five people, it has proven to be a real challenge to manage this at short notice.
As a result of this, we have been unable to revert to all of our customers in a timely manner, and have been catching up on all correspondence as quickly as possible.
We have refunded your order. Unfortunately we are no longer able to sell the piece you were looking for after the small factory we have been working with for its production closed for good last month after a difficult year for our sector.
As we are a small business, we always want to ensure that we provide a high quality experience for each of our new customers. I am very sorry that your first experience with us came at a difficult and volatile time for our business.
Please accept our most sincere apologies.

Lovely earrings, really beautiful and just as they looked online. Very nice customer service as well when I didn't receive my tracking number to start with.
