Great look - great quality - great customer service
I recently made several purchases. I bought an ottoman cover and throw pillow covers for the living room, and 2 barrel chair covers for the bedrooms. These freshen up the look to any room with decorative colors and textures. I was surprised how well made they were and how well they fit! I was really surprised though when I had to switch out the pillow covers for a different color - this company really believes in customer service!

The texture is amazing — it has a slightly bubbly, pebbled surface that looks so elegant. The fabric is thick enough to feel high-quality, yet it still looks soft and classy. I’m absolutely impressed and extremely happy with it! It completely changed the look of my living room. I’m definitely getting a second one!

Unfair return policy!
The covers arrived with a strange odor. They did seem fit pretty well except when my Boyfriend sat on them the stick came out. I had them on one day! They felt scratchy and I didn't really like the popcorn look. I wished I had ordered the ones my friend had because hers were soft. I contacted the company and they said those were being discontinued. Darn! I repacked the covers hoping they would work with me on an exchange. They were in perfect condition. Paid $15 to send them back. All in original packaging. They have dinged me 50% on my refund!! Stating there was an odor. The odor was already on them!. I just assumed it would wash out. But I didn't want to wash them or they would have dinged me for that!
Very Unfair business practice! If I'd known they were going to do that I would have kept them. Very unhappy. They have not tried to answer my emails at all. My poor ratings have magically disappeared!! Awful policymakers on their part.

I love the waterproof bedspread
I love the waterproof bedspread. It keeps the underlying sheets and blankets clean from a sometimes wet, often times full of twigs goldendoodle from sifting through. It looks beautiful on top of it all. I love the texture and the overall appearance.

We have a chair and a half, and other slip covers were either too small or way too large. Your web site offered a way to email a request for help; they replied back very quickly with a request for pics and measurements. They then gave me the size recommendation, and voila! Fits like a charm! The 11 year old chair and ottoman look brand new.
