Wanted to purchase this and use right away. The link that mammoth sent me to download the vst from was linked to an under construction website. When trying to reach out to the team, the email bounced back, indicating that this company is either no longer operating or they’re getting their stuff together. I was able to get a refund from my bank, but I don’t feel like it’s responsible that the company doesn’t have a way to communicate issues with, but are able to still accept payments.

I never received download codes. When I tried to email them it came back undeliverable. Not happy. I filed a claim with my credit card company to get my money back

I never received a download link, the order is still set as unfulfilled and no one has responded to multiple emails to support for answers.

PayPal has been notified and I'm in the process of rescinding the order.

If I could give the experience negative 5 stars, I would.

REQUIRES URGENT REPLY!!! . On January 10th, 2024 I ordered (Order Nr. 3135) "The Essential Trailer Composer Bundle`". Paid in full (€ 164.95) with Paypal same day. Recieved a Download Code from you which could only be used via a "Connect Download Utility" Link. This link does not respond therefore not able at this writing (January 18th) to use a product which I paid in full for. Have tried many times over Contact in your website to report this issue AND RECIEVED NO REPLY!!!

Density is amazing and my new go to for all of my trailer production. It is very straight forward and easy to use the ability control 2 separate sound sources to create my own signature sound designed material quickly is a game changer for me.
