Good robotic lawn mower. The obstacle detection could be improved a little, as the robot knocked over a small bush several times. It detects all other obstacles very well. The support team was also very friendly and helpful. Overall, I am very satisfied with the robot.

I absolutely love my Luba 2! It has given me flawless mowing for many months now! It's so nice being able to look out my kitchen window watching it go. It's great no longer having to break out my big zero turn mower, filling it up wth gas, checking the oil etc. Only maintenance you have to do is changing the blades and doing a general clean up roughly once per month. Other than that, it's pretty much been set it and forget it and let it do its thing. I'm very happy with my purchase!

I have been very pleasantly surprised with the chat based customer support. The AI chat is very responsive and content focused, so you can ask questions about specific things, and it seems to be scanning the support knowledge base to provide answers, which is the way that it should be.
At the point where it could no longer answer my question or address my issue, it connected me to a live person right away whose name was Emma, and she helped me to resolve the problem.

My mower was suddenly not moving at a steady pace, and this was in the evening my time so I didn’t really expect to be connected to a live person. But after diagnosing the issue, Emma had me reboot the mower twice, and that fixed the issue. Also, I was able to upload video through the chat interface so that Emma could see exactly what I was talking about.

So, I had a problem after hours on a Saturday evening, I connected to support through the chat tool directly in the application, I was transferred to a live person when the AI chat could not resolve my problem, and Emma did help me resolve it.

In the customer service world this is called a one call resolution and this is really the Holy Grail of any kind of technical support.

I have seen negative comments about customer support for these mowers, but this has definitely not been my experience. In my opinion, their technical support matches the surprise I originally felt about the performance of the mower itself. And it reinforces my thoughts that this is the best investment I have made in lawn care in quite a while.

I have their luba 2 awd and it is an amazing little mower. Takes a while to mow my acreage but it is much nicer than doing it myself as I can do other things while it mows. One feature I don't like is the auto power off when it gets stuck. It saves battery but when it powers up again, it takes a little bit to connect to gps. Most of the time if it gets stuck, I can manually drive it out if I notice early enough. That is the only reason it is 4 star instead of 5, but that may be fixed with an update. I've had the mower for over a year and it has saved so much of my time. I recommend it to everyone looking for a new mower.

Well first day on the job with our Luba 2 5000XH, all I can say is wow. If your hesitating or unsure which mower to go with do yourself a favour and just buy the Luba 2

I own two luba 2 mowers both cut my three acers with perfect lines and clean edges.... I highly recommend over yarbo or lymos anyday.

My Luba mini 2025 for the win this summer! Bought in May and I have eliminated the stress of mowing, weeding flower beds from grass spraying in, and my flowers being mowed off by me guys. This has the perfect amount of balance between letting it be super fussy and just getting a quick mow. All the settings in between! You choose. THANK YOU!!

First of all the Yuka freed me from the annoying lawn mowing. And surprisingly it works very well even on our poor surface. So i am happy. Sometimes the Yuka does not return to it's station, but may be it is an operation error caused by me.

All the help I have received from Mammotion has been handled very well. Everyone I've talked to since buying the Yuka mini 700 has been a good experience. If you are not into tech stuff, that's fine, but these mowers do a very good job and are better for your lawn than a regular lawnmower, as the tiny clippings reach the dirt and become fertilizer much faster than the regular-size clippings that sit on top and take a long time to reach the dirt. Everyone I know who has one, and the people I've talked to on YouTube, say their lawns have all improved due to this. Something to think about. Programming can be a bit finicky to figure out till you are comfortable with the programming. If you don't have a fence property, you will probably have to program the lawn manually, which you do by walking behind the mower with your cell phone, and on the screen will be a left-right button as well as an up-down button to control it, but once done, it takes care of itself. You do need to monitor any of these kinds of items, as they are not flawless. If your property is fenced, then it's a no-brainer. Let the unit take care of mapping for you. Weedwacking? There will always be the need to do some of that. These things only get so close to the edges. That will depend on your programming. Plus, you can manually cut some areas; it's a bit reluctant to go as it might be too close to a hedge or something else in your yard. Mammotion is always doing updates to improve the lawnmower and antenna functions. Just don't let the grass get too long between cuts. It will cut it, but tiny clippings are much better for the grass than large ones.

At 87 I was unable to mow my lawn so decided to purchase a automatic mower I chose the mammosion yuca 800 mini good choice it was so easy to set up following their app and instructions it's doing marvellous job and would recommend this machine to anyone who is unable to hand mow their lawn

While controlling the mower in the android app i faced an issue. While still being in the app I was able to contact service, upload the current logs and to receive advice on how to continue in a better way. This is extraordinary and I am really impressed

Bought a Luba 2 AWD 5000X 2 weeks ago, emailed support before regarding questions and also after the purchase. The robot has now been running since and without any problems. I am positively surprised by the robot as my garden is very challenging and also the support which has been perfect so far.
In my opinion, it is important to familiarize yourself with what the robot and the app can do so you can get the best setup for your garden.
So if you are about to buy a robot mower it is worth considering mammotion.

I bought my Luba 2 awd 5000x in April, delivery was very fast.
It does its job quite perfect, we had a Viking lawnmower for years and it get disgusting over time, the Luba didn’t had as much problems as the Viking.

Now I had an issue with the front wheel motor and the service was awesome. I got a label and after 2 weeks I got my repaired unit back.

Two of my friends bought a Luba too and they told me the same thing, great mowing, less failure and much free time

Luba Mini awd is a perfect robomower. App is clear and multifuctional, installation is quite easy. It takes 30 minutes with 3 different area with big difference in level (45-50%). Cutting is perfect on the edge as well.

I had a great experience with Mammotion support. They were very responsive and solved my issue quickly. Excellent service!
