Scammed out of $150USD!!!

I have a man-pack which is going on 8 years old - it needs replacing. I ordered and paid for my man-pack replacement on March 9 ‘25. I have not heard anything since. I have sent 10 emails and put through 2 inquiries in their website. Nothing.

How did my favourite bag company turn into a scam?!!!!!! Seriously unhappy and would strongly suggest that no one buys a products from them again, lest they be scammed as well.

TERRIBLE Customer Service

So I just came across an email thread I'd been meaning to post about for years now, to show how terrible the customer service is at Man-Pack.

Wed, Jul 29, 2020 - I ask if the bag fits an iphone 8plus.

Tue, Sep 1, 2020 - yes, SEPT 1st - over one month later. I get a reply stating that the pocket does fit the phone.

Tue, Sep 1, 2020 - i reply that I asked this question over a month ago.

Tue, Sep 1, 2020 - you know what the rep, Jane Short says?
"Yes Ma'am,
You did.I'm giving you the answer".

Every time I come across this email, I know I should chuckle, but instead, I feel angry & frustrated that this is how low the bar is set for customer service in this company. To be so nonchalant, with no apology, about how badly they treat their customers is beyond excusable.

Inquires for support ignored

Inquires for support ignored. Bought a classic man-pack on their initial KickStarter campaign and have enjoyed it for years, but when I needed a replacement clasp, I did get an auto-reply saying they'll get back to me...but my two email inquires are unanswered. (6-12-23 and 3-3-24) No phone number available.
