TERRIBLE Customer Service
So I just came across an email thread I'd been meaning to post about for years now, to show how terrible the customer service is at Man-Pack.
Wed, Jul 29, 2020 - I ask if the bag fits an iphone 8plus.
Tue, Sep 1, 2020 - yes, SEPT 1st - over one month later. I get a reply stating that the pocket does fit the phone.
Tue, Sep 1, 2020 - i reply that I asked this question over a month ago.
Tue, Sep 1, 2020 - you know what the rep, Jane Short says?
"Yes Ma'am,
You did.I'm giving you the answer".
Every time I come across this email, I know I should chuckle, but instead, I feel angry & frustrated that this is how low the bar is set for customer service in this company. To be so nonchalant, with no apology, about how badly they treat their customers is beyond excusable.
