I am truly sorry to hear that the driver did not turn up for your move. Upon conclusion of my investigation the driver has explained that he was involved in an accident and had no way of contacting either parties. He also explained that you asked him for a refund although that request should have been made directly to ourselves. I have today refunded the full amount of £15 and also applied a £50 credit to your account to use anytime on your next move.
Although this can not adequately compensate you for the inconvenience caused, I hope you can accept our sincere apology.
