Is your bottle leaking from a manufacturing error? Well good luck with this company, you'll receive zero help or service, in fact they'll even call their customers liars and that the authorized resellers on their verified websites aren't even to be trusted.

I recently purchased from probably the biggest scent reseller in the Nordic territory the infamous "intense cedrat boise" from this house. The perfume is very weak, zero sillage and longevity so I was really surprised and tried to contact the company itself to ask if the batch number is got is new and needs to "maturate" to develop its characteristics, as it happens with many fragrances.
I was shocked to receive an arrogant answer telling me that they won't comment on my batch number and won't let me know if its genuine, and suggested to buy directly from them next time.
I have no doubts what I shopped is original, I bought hundreds of perfumes from the same reseller, but in this case this mediocre stuff for a fragrance is going back, that's how bad this is for 100+ euros.

Terrible experience with Mancera Parfums. Their products are ridiculously overpriced compared to trusted fragrance discounters, and the customer service is even worse. I tried returning a brand new cologne and instead of refunding my money, they refused and forced me to take a gift card.

I reluctantly used the gift card to order a travel set, which they advertised with a nice box in the photos. What I actually received was just the travel colognes tossed together with no box at all — completely false advertising. For a so-called luxury brand, this is beyond disappointing and feels like a scam.

to avoid, these are scammers, I bought 5 different perfumes on their site for my wife's birthday, no trace or confirmation email and impossible to contact them I spoke to an agent on their site in Europe he could not help me, I will sue them and file a complaint with the authorities , two orders for total of 1,074.94 US dollars , order numbers 18957 / 18934 , Anginette H. Really good experience ordering directly from the website, based in France. Ordered on the 20/11 late at night. Was instantly given a order confirmation. Next day was given a dispatch notification and tracking number. Throughout the week was given updates on where my package was and on the day of delivery in my area, I was given a timeframe so I could answer the door. It arrived really quickly, within a week basically to my London address. Everything came packaged extremely well and securely and the perfumes were amazing. I even got ~4 free testers

After purchase, did not hear from the company for more than a week. Even after several emails with no response. I had to call just for a lady to tell me the item I purchased was out of stock. Why wasn't this reflected on the website then? And why the radio silence?
Shipping is taking another two weeks. Almost a month for the item to be delivered. It's now useless to me because it was supposed to be a gift. Needless to say, super disappointed about this renowned company.
Terrible website.
Terrible service.
Terrible customer service.
Unreliable.
Will not be purchasing again.
