Pavol Gajdos is a thief

Pavol Gajdos is a thief, he has once again provided items that are faulty and can not be used. I recently received 2 wheels for my trike, with parts missing, which renders them unusable.

The rear wheel has a hub, the new wheel is missing the cassette joint, and the disc brake rotor adapter.

The front wheel is missing the disc brake rotor adapter.

I asked for and paid in full, after Pavol increased the price, which he does all the time, for complete wheels.

I don't know if the wheels function because I can't put them on the trike!

Almost £600 down the drain. 1000's wasted because the trike and parts that Manchester Bikes has provided do NOT work in the way described and that I need them to work. When I try to contact him, he does not answer the phone. For more than a year I have been asking questions about the issues I have had since day one with the trike. He says he does NOT know. Literally he does NOT know anything, if he is to be believed, which he is not, because he has lied from the very beginning. He is an Addict, he can not be trusted! Be warned they are a front!

Reply from Manchester Bikes

Dear Roger Behal,
Manchester Bikes operates in England and we have never done business in Spain, where you live. We have checked our receipts and we have never received any payment from you, neither we have any records of you on our customer database. So we are obviously sad that you appear to have had a bad experience in Spain, but it is beyond our resources to assist you with this as we are a modestly sized bike shop in England. If you are ever in Manchester, we would be delighted to welcome you at our shop.
We would appreciate if you removed the negative review not relevant to our business and connect with business who you are trying to complain about. Manchester Bikes is not associated with ProCargo who you have been dealing with in Spain.
Best regards,
Manchester Bikes team.

This is the best bike shop for both…

This is the best bike shop for both standard two-wheel bikes and non-standard cycles like cargo trikes and more. Their service is excellent and offers great value for money. The staff is extremely knowledgeable about all types of bikes, especially non-standard cycles. If you have a unique bike, this shop is the place to go.
