I purchased Sienna Living Bamboo Egyptian Cotton 400 Thread Count Sheet Set with extra pillowcases. This is the second time I've purchased this product. Online ordering is easy. Interstate delivery is prompt. And the product is beautiful. The sheets are super-soft against the skin. It's a pleasure to slip between these sheets each night.

The delivery and ordering was great but upon receiving the goods very disappointed that the sheets are not the same colour on both sides of the fabric. This should be shown on the web so that you can see the difference. Would not buy this product again.

NOT!!!! Luxurious sheet sets:(((((
I ordered sheet sets, after purchased, it was taking awhile to arrive, I sent email asking why it’s taking so long, I was informed that item was from a brand partner and they don’t know why it may be delayed, after a couple of weeks I received items, “Luxurious 1500 thread count sheet set” it was definitely not what I thought, it felt worse than a 180 thread count at a discount store, the sewing was very loose undone and fraying I washed before use as directed because it smelled strong of plastic. I was very disappointed and I email after I received but I have not received a reply.
I hate that after I hand over money I’m informed that items may come from another supplier, it’s misleading and wrong, so please be careful.
*The company did contacted me, but not to rectify my problems, just to deny that they called me a liar:(

While you're entitled to your opinion about our products I'd like to note that you have more than enough information provided to you on the product page such as fabric composition to make an educated decision when purchasing. The 1500TC cotton rich sheets in which you are unhappy about are priced as a Queen set of $79 sheets in which we have 109 positive reviews on our site which indicates that our customer base do like the product and find them luxurious. I am sorry that you don't like the product and they don't meet your expectations.
In response to your loose undone thread. A 1 cm thread that is coming off the corner of a product does not indicate that a product is faulty nor does it qualify the product is "fraying".
No where in this process have you been mislead or done wrong by. We ship from multiple warehouses which support our site logistics as we have a very large range. On our product pages under the product add to cart button we indicate which state the product is being dispatch from.
Post purchase we provide clear communication about splits and tracking information.
If you required further information we stipulate in our shipping policy that we ship from multiple warehouses and to expect orders to be split pending stock availability.
We provided you a satisfactory response that if you're unhappy with the products that you're more than welcome to return the goods for a full refund.

Purchased to use in my caravan where I wanted the warmth and breathability that only wool offers. The shopping experience was easy and my blanket arrived promptly. Absolutely delighted with it - the only disappointment is that is was advertised as washable on a gentle wool cycle - but the note said dry clean.
