Hello, I’ve looked into your order and checked the tracking history. It appears the delivery company attempted to deliver the package on two separate occasions, but unfortunately, no one was available to receive it.

I did not receive the order
I did not receive the order. When o called at the contact number, scam, no good contact, just a link that returns to the same page. I found online a different number that I called, the first one that answered was an Indian guy, sorry, but he didn't even gave me the opportunity to ask about the order, just hang-up. The second one, Indian, sorry, answered that it was a cab/taxi company. I want a refund 💯

We would like to clarify that the order was processed and shipped on the same day it was placed and handed over to the postal service immediately. We have also received confirmation from the postal service stating: “We are very sorry that your parcel has not yet been delivered.” This confirms that the delay is on the carrier’s side and is unfortunately outside of our control.
Regarding the phone calls mentioned: we do not operate any external call centers, and no one outside our business answers our phone. We make every effort to answer all calls during our official working hours. We are not available 24/7, but our official contact number is publicly listed and belongs only to our business. The claims about unrelated parties answering calls are not connected to us.
