Arslan who took care of my microsuction appointment was so nice, engaging and took time to explain the process to me before proceeding with taking out the earwax. I had to revisit to remove wax from the other ear and I decided to come in on a day Arslan would be on shift😊

I recently booked a blood test at Manchester pharmacy. Which I attended last Saturday 03/01/26 . I arrived on time and was promptly taken into a side room by a member of the pharmacy team. (Arslan) Which was very clean and tidy. Arslan then explained about the procedure at every step and how long I'll be waiting for my results. Id highly recommend this place and a big shout out to Arslan as his needle work is spot on, you wouldn't know he had drawn blood.

I have just received 3 vaccines from this clinic and the pharmacist Arslan was very easygoing and nice when it came to the whole experience as I’m not usually good with needles.

People were nice and supportive. I went for travel advice and vaccinations because I’m planning a trip to Kenya. Since I couldn't book an appointment with my GP (I thought some of the vaccines I needed might be covered by the NHS), I found a nearby pharmacy and gave them a call. I was able to book a same-day appointment in the afternoon and received three vaccines.

The pharmacist was very experienced and professional. They were also happy to answer all of my questions. They asked several times if I was okay with the prices before proceeding. Although they didn’t have anti-malarial tablets in stock at the time, they assured me they would order the amount I need before my potential next visit, which is after my GP appointment and very close to my departure.

Went for a blood test. It was a really easy process. Pharmacist was very professional and helpful. Great service.

Yesterday 12/11, I used the service at Manchester Pharmacy and Health Clinic, 578 Stockport Road, Longsight, Manchester. The staff here are very quick, professional and cheerful, everything is perfect, I feel very gentle, comfortable and pleasant when the staff who took my blood is really very professional. The man has a nice beard and I did not remember his name because my English is not good, I apologize for this. The results sent to me are always consulted and given very specific advice. Thank you very much!

I had never had earwax removed before so had little idea as to what was in store for me. I was made to feel welcome and the treatment was done professionally in a very friendly way. Being able to hear again properly on leaving was a marvellous experience. They are to be highly recommended.

I came here for ear wax removal. The pharmasist was very patient and very thorough. It was great being able to hear clearly again. I can thoroughly recommend this pharmacy.

I used to be a loyal customer but they drively my medication 2 weeks ago... In evening.. and now as the man said it been for one month they now deliver in morning..... My medication been in there pharmacy from yesterday and yet it wasn't delivered this morning.... My medication I take as I stuff mental health and has to take the medication to be clam where I can continue to care for my children.....

Excellent service Friendly knowledgeable people always making sure i was okay i had Micro suction to remove ear wax so i could hear properly Practitioner always made sure i was ok and did what they said they would . Had an appointment at 9:30AM and as i got in I got greeted by this lovely person that invited me to sit down and wait,upon entering the room for the blood test she started talking me though it in the most friendly way,I am usually a little bit anxious when it comes to blood test and not only I felt no pain but the whole vibe was so relaxed that it felt just great! Can't reccomend this enough!

I highly recommend this pharmacy and their services. I just had done my microsuction on both ears and I can't thank enough. I had no pain, the pharmacist explained everything what he was going to do. Happy ears, happy life :)

Such a great Pharmacy with such lovely staff. They're always very helpful and friendly, even when the store is very busy. Today I got my ears pierced there by Sam who was so kind. I'm so pleased with the results!
