My partner called this number thinking it was a bathroom/plumbing company. When she asked if they had the showroom she was told that you was in here yesterday and to stop calling here. When my partner explained that she hadn’t seen this person she was told that he didn’t f* care who she was, who she was with and to stop calling. A very unprofessional and very rude person, especially as we were only trying to purchase items for our bathroom.

I spoke to a deeply, deeply unhelpful man on the phone on Wednesday who couldn’t have sounded less interested. He told me no one could see me before 5pm, so I waited in.

At 4.30pm I was called to work unexpectedly so I phoned and spoke to Mr Grumpy to re-arrange for the next day, Thursday, again at 5pm.

No one ever showed up, no messages or calls. Silence. I didn’t bother to contact them as my phone conversations had been so unhelpful and unfriendly.

This company is an absolute joke!

They were hired to sort out issues with our male toilets and urinals on Thursday 7th October. They were unable to complete the job on Thursday but promised to tidy the area up and come back on Friday.

They did not come back on Friday and did not have the decency to let us know, so we chased them. They apologised and said they were unable to attend but would definitely be here to complete the job at 8am on Monday.

We had to arrange and pay for overtime for a staff member to be in at this time to let the plumber in.

Anyway, they didn't turn up (again!) or communicate their absence (again!)! We rang and they again apologised and promised us they would definitely be here at 9am today (3 days later than originally promised). As you have probably guessed, 9am came and went and still no plumber.

They did ring us at 9.30 (first time ever!) with another excuse and another empty promise that they would definitely be here at 11am.

It is now 1pm and they have failed to attend or have the decency to communicate their absence.

To make matters worse, the plumber promised on Thursday that he would tidy the area, which he has not.

I am disgusted to say that the floor is covered in stale water and urine as well as bits of the blockage he removed from the urinals!

Do not use this company! We were charged for 2hours work and all they have done is make the whole toilet area un-usable and a health hazard.

My staff acted in good faith and paid the plumber for his 'hard work' without checking the state of the toilets first.

If you value your health and that of your employees you will do good steering well clear of these cowboys.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!
