Manchesterwindowfactory Reviews

Highly recommend! From booking to installation, everything was seamless! The team have been professional, easy to communicate, on time. We loved our new window and new front door! Will definitely use this company again in the future!

Very personal service - MWF matched stained glass in door with the arched window above. Great choice of 3 quality options for the sash windows - we went for the middle & very pleased.

Last year MWF installed new windows downstairs and last week upstairs was done by the same team of installers.
Everything went smoothly and the guys cleaned up everything afterwards. Very happy with the end result, especially proud with my sash windows in the bedrooms which stand out beautifully. Expensive but worth every penny. Thank you to everybody for your outstanding service.

Repkacement period windows look amazing, and are really great quality. Happy with the service and communication throughout from MWF. There was a cosmetic issue with one of the double glazing units, but the fitters spotted it, pointed it out to me and made sure it was put right, keeping me informed the whole time. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.

Great communication, top quality job, fast installation, friendly staff.

Very friendly people. Really easy to communicate with and always did everything when they said they would do it. And the bi-fold doors they fitted look great.

MWF were very efficient in every way with excellent personable fitters. Slight problem with some finger marks within the glazing but Danny had the glass replaced without a quibble. Excellent company to deal with.

It's the second time we have used MWF. Great initial communication with Danny and Alex. Danny got back to us immediately with a competitive quote. Alex booked the job in and kept us informed with progress. We ordered patio doors and a small window for a summer house which are excellent quality. The fitters did a top-quality job and left everything clean and tidy.
Would highly recommend.

The whole journey with Manchester Window Factory was great from start to finish. Really knowledgeable and open when coming round and quoting, and the fitters did such a good job and worked around us as we were in the house. And finally, the windows look great and easy to use. Hoping we can see the benefit of triple glazing soon!

We are so glad that we chose MWF to supply and fit our new Timberlook French doors. Having experienced the ‘hard selling’ approach of other suppliers it was a joy to find people who were just focused on providing a quality product and service at a reasonable price based on their reputation alone. The fitters did an excellent job and left everywhere clean and tidy. The new doors look amazing. We highly recommend MWF and will have them back to fit new windows as and when they need replacing.

Excellent work came on time quick and tidy
Windows look fantastic they make all the rooms look bigger and brighter
Would definitely recommend Manchester Window Factory.

They came out promptly to give a quote. Their product and company were explained in detail and a price was given without any of the 'if you sign now you can have extra discount' nonsense which I find annoying.
I just want to know your best price without hours of sales pressure.
Their quote was comparable with several other companies and they were a local family company of long standing. As our order included having 2 bays fitted I wanted to ensure I was happy with the structural strength of the windows and the fitting process. We were kept informed of the order's progress and fitting date.
The fitting team were very courteous and tidy workers.
They identified a dirty mark on the inside of the glass on one of the sealed units so ordered a replacement and refitted it within 4 working days.
Very happy with the whole process

Was straight to the point, fair price with no negotiations. They said the price and was not back and forth like other companies. I am very happy with final result.

I got triple glazed windows at a very good price and everything went completely smooth with no issues.

The installation team were very efficient, did a good clean process and even cleaned up after themselves.

I would recommend them over any other company.

Alex and the team, handled everything in a professional manor from start to finish

We had a bad experience with a previous window company.A very pushy salesman trying his best spiel to force my partner into a £600 deposit there and then to secure the order.Luckily I was there and we declined.Walked past Manchester Windows few days later.Read the reviews and thought we'd try these guys out..So glad we did! Danny came round and we told him what we wanted. No b.s sales talk.Gave us some great advice on the window's.That impressed we verbally agreed to the order.Few days later we got measured up.2 months later Andy,Josh and Jack installed our beautiful windows. Top guys and they did a fantastic job!Amazing how quick and efficient they installed them.Mrs came home and loved them but did spot some minor issues.Rang up spoke to Ash and he personally came round to rectify. He even took our old for sale post off the wall.Above and beyond is the word! I can't recommend this company highly enough.A 5-star family company. Thanks again Phil and Shelley

Efficient service from initial enquiry through to install. Chris would installed the doors was really good, very knowledgable. One of the windows I noticed after install was chipped and this was replaced immediately without fuss. Love the look of the doors, they really change the space.

From the quote to installation I cannot tell you what an excellent experience we have had with the Manchester window factory. They were really helpful with advice at the quote with what we should go for. They quoted then and there a really good price. They gave us an installation date, installation happened on that date. The people were friendly, tidy, fast and efficient. I would defiantly use them again. We used them for back no fold doors and a large patio window.

Fantastic bespoke made sash windows to replace out 120 year old single glazed sash. Amazing finish with the UPVC wood effect that you cannot tell the difference versus the old ones but make the house so much warmer. Excellent service from start to finish with Danny providing some great suggestions and expertise, fantastic and polite fitters who left the house tidy and great follow-up after completion. Would definitely recommend!

Highly satisfied with quality, workmanship and communication with this company. Installation team were professional and considerate throughout. Would highly recommend.

An allround positive experience
The friendly team turned up on time for fitting a new patio door to my kitchen. Without making a mess they dismantled the old door and fitted the new one to my full satisfaction.
I had chosen Manchesterwindowfactory after a search on the internet and would strongly recommend them.
